This is very very effective and my teeth became much whiter. I only used 8 days out of 20. However, after I used day 8 (and I was separating use between day 7 and day 8 by about 2 days), my teeth were very sore and sensitive to cold air all day and when I went to bed at night my teeth were still sensitive. I will hold off on use for a while. I feel like if I were to use all 20 for 20 days in a row my teeth would be severely damaged and in bad pain. But for 8 uses with the last 3-4 uses spaced out with a few days in between each use, I had very very good results. I am satisfied with my purchase. I may wait a few months and then use the rest but very slowly.
