The launch of this vitamin C moisturizer made me so happy and actually using the product now for a few weeks makes me even happier. It smells like a creamsicle and feels like a dream on my skin. I use it in the mornings with the vitamin C serum and again in the evenings with the vitamin B serum. I also use the acne face wash daily. My skin hasn't looked this good in years. I have a lot of redness on my face, but this routine has calmed my skin so much and I barely have any redness anymore and zero acne. I'm so happy and impressed. Please don't ever discontinue this product!!Most Helpful Critical ReviewActivated EczemaI have had 3 eczema issues in my life and they've all been during especially dry times in the winter - maybe lasted a week. In may and june I had my worst flare up ever that wouldn't go away. The only thing different was this new moisturizer, but I consulted with my doc and they told me to avoid the eye area with all my products just in case (eczema appears on my eyelid and under eye 🫠). Even with avoiding the eye area with all products, it was still very prominent. I stopped using this moisturizer altogether and by the beginning of July my eczema was receding. It completely went away for a bit, so I decided to test to see if this product was the cause and used it Monday and Tuesday morning in my skincare routine. By Tuesday afternoon the eczema reappeared. I wouldn't say I have sensitive skin because I have used Beauty Counters Vit. C Serum with no issues. I was hoping to find another brand that is cheaper with similar qualities, but this definitely isn't it. It kind of smells like root beer, so that's not too bad. My one complaint, however, is that it leaves my face feeling sticky. This does a better job for me. It's in a lotion that doesn't bother my skin, makes it feel soft without being greasy. I don't like to layer too many products under my makeup, so this goes nicely under the Pentapeptide SPF50 sunscreen. A few of Tula's products have irritated my skin, but this one so far is great.
