To be honest, I'm not a big fan of the Ulta branded products based on past experience. But I decided to try this out and I am very pleasantly surprised. This is probably the best budget eyeliner I have ever used. I like the liquid pen side better than the Idole liquid eyeliner by Lancôme. It stays on well. I like having the pen/pencil combo since in my opinion the pencil works better on the water line. I did use this with UD eye primer for the record.
