I get gel manicures to help stop but sometimes I pick those too which absolutely destroys my already thin nails. I have been using this kit in between manicures and to help repair all the damage I do when I'm anxious. It helps repair my flaky nails and makes them feel stronger than they are naturally. This adds so much strength to my nails that they now look better than they ever have!
