It does not make you feel dry and leaves you refreshed. The gel is not hydrating. I have combo skin with more of a dry texture at this moment, and I needed a heavy amount of the gel cream in order to feel moisturized and hydrated. I also combat clogged pores and this helps so much along with the Zen bubble I use it as a primer.
