For people with KP!!I struggle with KP (Keratosis Pilaris) all over my body and have pretty uneven skin texture on my face (combination skin type), since using this product I have noticed that my hormonal acne scars around my mouth and nose were lightening up and the texture of my skin was becoming super smooth (no more dry patches) and it made it much easier for me to apply my makeup and have it last longer (which is a HUGE plus)!! During the second week of trying this product I started using it on my bikini line, back of arms, and thighs (where my KP usually flares up) and have noticed that the bumps have diminished significantly and lotion seeps into my pores more!! Also, when I started using the product on my bikini line, I applied it a few days after shaving and after I exfoliated a tiny bit in the shower! It is good to know that you do feel a slight tingling sensation, however, it is not intense at all and does not last for more than a couple minutes (more of a cooling sensation)!! Overall would rate this product a 10000/10!!! It is amazing and I will keep this as a holy grail for my KP!! Lactic acid is an AHA made for more sensitive skin types, and you know that products for sensitive skin are usually good for all other skin types. I'm oily, acne prone, and had dark skin-making me super prone to hyperpigmentation. I got a sample bottle of this in a minis set from Ulta and was reluctant to try it because I tried something else from this brand that I didn't love (I think it may have been the kombucha spray or something). But I tried it and I'm so glad I did. Yes, it stings your face the first few times you use it, but once your skin acclimated to it, be prepared for the most amazing glow you've ever had in your life. It's sooooo effective at smoothing texture, unclogging pores, and brightening dark marks and spots. I have been using it at night a couple times a week for a few weeks now. I have an oily T-zone with a little dryness on my cheeks, especially during the drier winter months. I have a little bit of discoloration from plucking chin hairs and from the odd hormonal pimple on my chin. After using this exfoliator, the spots have lightened up a little. The blackheads on my nose have also become slightly less noticeable up close. I will say, the acids are a bit strong, and tend to sting a little around my nose. I use it sparingly and use the Saffron + Oat Milk Serum to soothe the areas of my face that have any irritation. Overall, I feel like this exfoliator gives a really nice glow and toned down some of my redness immediately after use. This fits perfectly into my morning skincare routine! It has a very thin, watery consistency. For application, I pour a small amount into my palms and pat it into my skin after cleansing.
