I think it's so unique how Sarah chose to make the roller from stainless steel instead of jade or crystal, which is not only much more sanitary because it is non-porous, but it is also self-cooling, which means that I still get that chilled effect even I'm too lazy to keep it in the fridge. The roller actually stays chilled throughout the whole time I use it, although it does warm up a bit towards the end. The facial roller is very weighted and feels high quality - I don't have to worry about anything bending or breaking, and the rolling is so controlled and smooth (something I never thought about before and was surprised to experience). I also love that Sarah thought to include a travel pouch, making it much more convenient and clean to store or bring around the roller. Additionally, I appreciate how environmentally conscious the brand is. I was very excited to learn that the facial roller (and gua sha) is made from recycled stainless steel and is recyclable itself, and the brand's packaging and shipping material are also made from recycled cardboard. In this time, I think it's extremely important to protect the environment and our natural resources, so I applaud Sarah and her brand's commitment to doing so. Clearly, Sarah and her team have put an incredible amount of thought and love into her products, going above and beyond to provide beauty/lifestyle items instead of makeup or skincare like I may have expected (not that it's a bad thing, just one more way this launch has been one of a kind). I'm so excited to continue incorporating the roller into my daily routine, and think this is also a wonderful gift for friends and family, especially with the holidays approaching. Congrats on an amazing launch!Most Helpful Critical ReviewBroke after 2 weeksThis roller was great when I first received it, I used it regularly for 2 weeks and actually kept it in the original box it arrived in. I cleaned it as directed and was very careful when using/storing it. I went to use it as usual one morning and when I took it out of the box the big roller was detached from the handle. I've never dropped this roller or done anything aggressive with it for this to have happened. This is disappointing because I really enjoyed this roller while it worked. I definitely wouldn't pay full price for this roller. I also had a bad experience with Ulta in trying to exchange my broken one. ( I still do not have a new one) I reached out to the manufacturer (Sacheu) for some help as well since they have a note on the inside of the roller box that says we can reach out if for any reason we aren't happy... turns out they wanted no part in my issue with their product because I hadn't bought it from them directly. They should remove that text from the inside of their boxes when it isn't being sold directly from them, since thats the only situation in which they're willing to help you.Reviewed by 3214 customersLarge roller head came off right away1Gina from Las VegasThe large roller head came off right away. Placed the little plastic cups back in, reattached, rolled and fell apart. No big deal. Contacted Ulta and they sent another. Same problem with the second. Then my local store started carrying them so I purchased it. Was using it one day and it fell from my hand, seven inches onto my bed. Not the floor, my bed. Broken. It's a pillow top... After a couple of days, the puffiness around my eyes and face decreased, few line in my forehead isn't there anymore, my skin is looking smooth with no pores showing and more even toned.
