I have been searching forever for a moisturizer with natural ingredients and spf, without chemical filters, as I react really badly to these. Zinc oxide is perfectly fine though, it even clears up my skin, sometimes I use zinc paste on imperfections over night and it will clear them up in no time. Anyway zinc oxide has usually the downside to leave a white cast, but this product does not only not leave a white cast, it gives your skin the most gorgeous glow, makes you look like you just came back from vacation, but leaves your skin looking natural, doesn't cover it up. I was afraid that it would be too dark for me, as I am blonde and have quite fair skin. But at least now in fall it is fine, I don't know what it will look like in February though when I'm seriously pale. I also bought the sheer version so I will be able to dilute it a bit if needed. In the photo I'm wearing only the product and some blush, no corrector or make up.Most Helpful Critical ReviewSPF 30 did not workMy daughter who is obsessed with all the Drunk Elephant products purchased this for our spring break trip to Florida. The first day she got burnt to the point where she ended up with small sun blisters at night. Let me add that she has an olive skin tone and never burns. She reapplied as she usually does with the other SPF 30 that she usually wears. The rest of her body was not burnt (used a different SPF). Very upsetting and wanted to warn those who purchase.
