I've tried every acne wash on the market and $30 lotions to no avail. I added the whole berry cheeky collection to my routine as soon as it came out, and saw instant clarity. When I ran out of the polish the first time, a few bumps came back (nowhere near as many), so I grabbed my second jar. I was almost out and removed it from my 2-3x weekly routine since things had been looking great. Last night after too many hours at the office, the acne outbreak was so red and raw it hurt to sit down that I scraped up the tiny little bit I had left (maybe a Tablespoon) smeared it on the irritation, washed it after 20 minutes and woke up this morning completely clear. This is while I was still using the serum and butter daily, so I can honestly say for my severe case this product is a must-have. I find I don't need to use it daily to maintain the results once the acne goes away, which helps justify the price. My acne gets painful, and I find this product incredibly soothing, and so fast acting I'm adding two to the cart to make sure I don't run out. I remember back when this was all the hype on social media, I believe they sold out a few times. But I finally had the chance to try it out this time. I immediately started using it for a week straight. I should mention that I have dermatitis (in other areas of my body) and I struggle with having hair on my cheeks, I shave on occasion with new razor blades when I do. It's really uncomfortable there as it grows back out, hence why I don't shave every week or every month. Whenever I shave I do suffer from ingrown hairs, I've done everything from exfoliating, using warm water the cold water when I'm ready to moisturize—which do work but I still get one or two ingrown hairs. I hadn't shaved for awhile though so I figured I'd see if this can permanently help as an exfoliator. It truly did nothing (no pun intended.) I think it's because the exfoliation is so gentle but I now have ingrowns—I even tried using this to help remove the ingrowns by exfoliating the trapped follicles but still it's the same. So I don't recommend this as an exfoliator or a soother. It doesn't do anything to exfoliate or soothe. Before I decide to shave, I had used it on the area as well. Although it somewhat made the skin and hairs soft, it didn't convince me to keep because I could easily just maintain moisturizing my cheeks for a less expensive price. I thought the idea of it being whipped and colorful was nice but not nice enough to keep. I loved the scent at first as well, it smells like candy, kinda like a blueberry airhead I think? But let me tell you… once you rinse it off, it smells like you just washed off fungal cream. I've smelled fungal cream before and it has the SAME after scent—it's just not as intense. So, I wouldn't even recommend it to keep because the smell isn't pleasant all the way through the usage. I'm definitely returning. I rather stick to exfoliating with the appropriate scrubs and using the Fur Ingrown Concentrate to help clear my skin.
