Upon opening the bottle, I was hit with this really good, organic scent that was strong, but not overpowering. The ingredients listed are notes of green leaf, nashi pear plus crisp apple, waterlily and lily of the valley & finishes with creamy woods and musk. This I found very appealing as the Cleanser left my lengthy locs smelling wonderful. Washing my hair with LOW-POO DELIGHT was a whole new experience for me; I'm use to lots of lather. The Cleanser lathered up enough, rinsed out well and didn't leave any residue. Surprisingly it removed the built up product (hair gel, temp hair coloring) in my hair. The end results were locs that felt really soft, hydrated and stayed that way even after my hair dried. When rinsing my hair, it felt like the shampoo wasn't washing out. But, this did keep my curls moisturized and defined. I loved that the product wasn't thick, for my low porosity hair I prefer products that are a bit thinner in consistency. I felt like this cleaned the hair out to a point that it didn't feel greasy how other curly hair products leave my hair. I loved the packaging, it's cute and you get a lot of product. One thing to know is hat a little goes a long way with this.
