I've always had very clear bright skin.. and unfortunately I took it for granted on top of not having anyone to educate me on preventative care. I now have something like melasma, with a brown splotch on both my cheeks, between eyebrows on forehead and a mustache splotch on my upper lip 👎 I'm on a mission to find something that will rid me of these brown spots and am now fully aware of SPF being most important before problems occur and a necessity in treatment of skin issues. All the money I spend to lighten these spots would be a complete waste without SPF. Also, unfortunately, I'm rolling into my 40's and that pristine complex I took for granted is now a faint memory and have had the most aggravated and scar producing break outs from every SPF I have tried. Had really lost hope for ever getting my old face back! Until I came across ZitSticka! Definitely a sigh of relief here. I can't say if any of the other benefits or ingredients actually do anything for my skin. But I CAN say that it does it's job of protecting without causing more damage for me to worry about.Most Helpful Critical ReviewMy face was not feeling it.I had high hopes for this, and was super excited to see that I got it in just 2 days after I ordered it. Wanted to like it, especially since I have minor acne issues. My husband struggles more with acne, and was hoping it would have worked for me so it would be easier to convince him to use it as well. But unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. Formula is between a cream and a serum. I was expecting it a little milkier than it was. Still was a good texture, though! Not digging it for that, but wanted to note it. No white cast. Great! Face was a little greasier than I expected it to be. I thought maybe I had put on too much. So when reapplied it hours later, I used less but it was still pretty greasy. But the biggest concern I had, was that it made my face tingle when I put it on, both applications. I actually returned it after putting it on the second time, today. I just washed my face for the night and it had a slight burning sensation as I use my gentle face wash. The closest thing I can compare it to is that it felt as though I overly exfoliated my face, even though I haven't exfoliated in quite some time. The only thing I changed today in my routine, was the sunscreen, yet my face felt pretty irritated with out it being red. I'm not sure if it maybe just doesn't play well with the rest of my skincare routine, if my skin is more sensitive than I thought or if it's the product itself, so I don't want to say that this is bad overall. I borre the smaller bottle and will def be purchasing the full size. For reference I have a deep complexion with golden undertones (think Jackie Aina for a visual reference) and this doesn't give a white cast on initial application. HOWEVER, the white cast does creep in a little bit if you sweat but you can also easily just blend it back in with your finger. I really love this sunscreen just as much as my BGS. If you're a very active outdoors, I would not recommend, stick to the black girl sunscreen because that one is more sweat proof in my opinion. I found this sunscreen on a list of best sunscreens for acne prone skin and decided to give it a try. I am so impressed. This sunscreen is super light and packed with enough skincare ingredients that it doubles as an am serum. Unlike my experience with other sunscreens, this doesn't make my face super oily, even with the dewy finish. I also like the packaging. The dropper works well and is not messy. This sunscreen is a real winner for me.Great5AB from AZNoticed a good change when I switched to this. I was using supergoop vitamin c spf serum but I wanted a higher spf so I decided to try this. This goes on great and I've noticed a positive improvement in my skin since switching, my skin has breakouts significantly less. I don't notice a white cast, it works well under makeup. has a slight sunscreen smell but it goes away within 20 minutes. this is lightweight. however my complaints are I'm not a fan of the dropper, I wish it was a pump that dispensed the proper amount of spf with every pump, and the product also arrived to me and had 1/5 leaked out but you can't get this in store and i didn't want to go through the hassle of returning and repurchasing. I will be buying this again though as the pros outweigh the cons and is still worth 5 stars to me.
