I've been living in California for half a year since the pandemic began, and I was finding that my scalp and hair were no longer responding to my CVS Organix shampoo and conditioner routine. My scalp had become dry and itchy and my hair had lost most of its wave and volume, leaving me to overcompensate with hair product to try and manufacture some body and a wave pattern. I hate buying shampoo/ conditioner often so I was sold on buying Verb purely due to the price point and the 32oz bottles. But after using the shampoo/ conditioner in combination with the ghost oil, I was blown away. My hair has never had so much volume and shine while also maintaining its natural wave with practically no frizz. My air dried and barely styled hair literally looks like I just came from the hair salon. The products also smell so nice and citrus-y. My mom even complimented me on the scent. I cant say this is a miracle product for everyone, but as someone with dull, fine, short and wavy hair, these are hands down the best products I've ever used on my hair. I'm so pleasantly surprised!Most Helpful Critical Reviewlove the conditioner, NOT the shampoo.i purchased the VERB shampoo and conditioner after being an avid shea moisture user for years. before i state my issues with it i wanna add, i have NEVER had dandruff problems in the past, and i oil my scalp before every wash. after about a month or two of using this on my hair, i've found it to be EXTREMELY drying, not to my hair but to my scalp. i thought this might be an issue aside from the shampoo, so i even oiled my scalp more than usual, but the problem was still the same. however, after using a shea moisture shampoo one time, the dandruff is gone and scalp feels totally clean and hydrated. i'm going to try the VERB ghost shampoo, but this one is a no for me unless you happen to have an extremely naturally oily scalp. the conditioner is amazing!Reviewed by 423 customersMight be all time worst shampoo I've ever used..1Sam from New YorkNot to be dramatic but this sucks so bad.
