Not the case with my daughter- she found it to be perfectly beachy I've decided the scent that Cote do Paradis throws must have something to do with your personal body chemistry- when I sniffed it on my daughter- it did indeed smell so much nicer than it did on me! Obviously it's hard to tell how something will smell virtually but I can say that at best you'll absolutely love Core du Paradis if the sweeter scents of a tropical paradise are your thing- and at worst it will be just fine if you're more in between like I am!Most Helpful Critical ReviewLovelyI ordered the rollerball because the perfume doesn't last long. This scent is very unique and lovely, like a summer/beachy/ incense scent that is soooooo relaxing. The oil lasts much longer on the skin than the perfume. Its soft, not strong. The only downfall is when I received it, it had leaked into the cardboard tube it came in. I thought maybe its cause it got shook up in the mail during delivery. I cleaned it up, but it still leaks when upside down so its defective.
