I have used just about every product made for extra dry hands, and while some work very well, this is the one product that I always come back to. I have been using it for years. I keep one in my car, in my purse, in my briefcase, and on my bedside table, and using it every night before bed prevents all but the worst eczema flare-ups (though even those flare-ups are greatly reduced and soothed by this product). It is lightly scented, so if fragrances do irritate your skin, then this is probably not the product for you. Thankfully, I do not have that issue, and I have even bought this for my son who also has eczema and is in the habit of moisturizing his hands before bed.
