Love the powder. Dry brush or wet sponge application, both gave me flawless results. I hate the packaging as far as ease of use. Presentation is beautiful, but what good is a pretty jar, when the product is difficult to get to? When you improve the packaging, then I'll give it a 5. For some clients, no matter how good the powder is, you lose them with presentation and ease of use, which it seems for most, its the ease of use. It's not very user friendly. You have to figure out either the right tap pressure or the squeeze strength to get the right amount of product into the lid for the least amount of waste. That takes some adjusting and it is most frustrating when there's overage of product. It's not like you can pour it back in. Sure, you could store it in the space where the sponge is, but then where do you store the sponge? Yea, not very easy to use. I will switch to the compact multitasking pressed powder for now, till the packaging is changed. You have a good formulation for the powder. Work on better packaging, I can guarantee
you will gain the clients back you lost just from being turned off by the packaging.
Worst cosmetic purchase I've ever made. Used their moisturizers for years and been very happy but this powder was horrible. Have to really work just to get it out of the container then the consistency is horrible. Tried to call them because it was a complete waste of my money but unable to find a phone number. Will just toss it up to a hard lesson learned, and not again.

The salesperson was great helping and suggesting new products today. The powder is disappointing. The container is almost empty and I just opened it. It may be good powder but the little bit that is on there will be impossible not to waste.

This powder is wonderful! Love how it looks and feels on my face. However, the packaging is absolutely awful. Also, there is not much product in the container. A little too expensive for the amount provided.

Ive tried to make this powder work and no matter how much I moisturize or prep or how much or how little bit of concealer I use. It just always ends up creasing. It looks dry and powdery.

This packaging is horrible. Difficult to dispense, wasteful, and must store upside down or it's a mess. Avoid it!

I don't like this packaging. I find it wasteful, the amount of powder ending up on the container and your hands.

I have used this powder for years. It has excellent quality. However......i will not purchase again. The new container is horrible! It is almost impossible to dispense. I will be switching brands in the future.

I have used this powder for years with excellent results. I absolutely hate the way the powder is now dispensed from the new container. I will be changing to a different brand on future purchases. I'm very disappointed with the change.
I have purchased this powder for many years. Due to the horrible new packaging, i will never purchase again. It is totally horrendous how you have to get the powder out. For now, i transferred the new powder to my old container and it works perfectly! What were you thinking?

I CAN'T GET ANY OF THE PRODUCT OUT!
I have arthritis in my hands and can't be messing with this container to try to get any out.
It's so frustrating.
I can't review the actual product, because I can't get any of it out to try!

Now I'm not gonna lie, the packaging is a bit goofy and not the most practical but it just takes common sense to figure out. The only thing that sucks is you can't put product back into the container sonce there is on a small hold to dispense. Overall, pretty good powder for my skin type and it doesn't break out ny face with acne or eczema so W powder

Purchased this "setting powder" yesterday and after getting it home found, in small print, there is a sunburn alert because it contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA). I have a problem because this is the last step in makeup application and it should not contain an AHA.

The container is the worst.

Is this product vegan? This product sounds perfect if it was vegan. Cruelty-free is not possible if there are any animal-derived products.

Love this powder! I have very dry and sensitive skin and I was looking for a powder to set my under eyes without settling into fine lines and looking dry and this is wonderful! You just need the smallest amount! I find applying with a powder sponge works best.

The product is good. But if you can't get it out of the jar, what good is it. It has a tiny slit that I'm supposed to tap, tap. tap , tap, tap to get it out of the jar and on to a sponge. I prefer to use my brush, so now I tap it on the sponge and dab brush on sponge. Too easy to spill over the space of sponge.
Who ever designed this new container should be fired. Obviously, they don't use this product.

Translucent is just a paler shade of yellow not colorless. I had to mix it with another brand to make it useable. The packaging is a total disaster. There is no way to use all the product when you can barely get it out of the container. Only saving grace is the powder smells nice and feels good on the skin. Overall, this is a poorly made product end to end.

First of all, I agree with the other posts, The packaging of the loose powder is inconvenient. I found it to be very messy as powder remnants spilled on counter. Also found it to be very drying. I would not purchase again.

This is a great product and is dermatologist tested meaning it doesn't have any weird product that can cause u to break out , it also has a blurring effect u won't even need a filter while using this powder cuz the powder is the filter💯

This powder is so silky soft and smooth. Blended under eyes with a fluffy shadow brush, it perfectly sets concealer to prevent shifting and creasing. Applied as a light dusting with a giant powder brush over tinted moisturizer, it gives a nice finish to daytime makeup looks. Haven't used the foam applicator, but it would probably provide a more full coverage set for evening looks.

If you'll turn the product upside down and remove the sticky label there is a circular piece that you can pry open to more easily remove the product! My husband figured it out after I complained about how hard it was to remove!!

I have use the powder for years. With the recent change in packaging, I will no longer purchase this item. Worst packaging I have ever seen and it makes the product nearly inaccessible.

This came highly recommended to me by an Ulta Beauty employee but I am honestly not a fan. The packaging isn't very friendly you can barely get product out from the one tiny hole. I've used the applicator pad it came with and a beauty blender to apply the powder but it just looks cakey, patchy, and creased. IMO the application is better with a brush but I still get under eye creasing
