The vegan, plant based formula is free of toxic additives, but still glides onto nails easily, without clumping, bubbles, or streaking. The gorgeous colors apply exactly as they look in the bottle, and stay luminous even as it dries down. The polish lasted almost a week without needing a touch up. I also love that the ingredients such as trace minerals are sourced from nature and not harsh chemicals. Lots of nail polishes are full of stuff that just isn't good for you, but not this one. I trust Pacifica to always have the best in clean and natural beauty.Most Helpful Critical ReviewLearning curve needed for sureThe colors are beautiful, pigmented, and shiny for a "natural" formula. However, you must be ready to learn how to use them. They get clumpy, goopy, and annoying easily. You must work fast, and you gotta be careful on what base to use as if there's too much of a grip, you might end up with bubbles that get trapped between the base and the polish. Highly recommend for those trying to switch to this kind of formulas, but for those that do not care about it, I would just stick to other regular polishes instead. I returned all the ones I got because I legitimately don't have the time nor patience to be fixing and meddling with my nails. However, even with a clear top coat, the polish chipped badly the next day and it was streaky during application. It is similar to the texture of gel and the convenience of a regular polish. I love that it's plant based, and 12 free of all the nasty chemicals that other companies use. A safer, and beautiful alternative! I would definitely recommend!
