How can you not love the little jewel decorations? I couldn't resist but to try them out. They only took about 5 minutes tops to put on and I like that they came with everything you need - a nail file, a cuticle stick, a cleaning wipe, and enough nails for two applications. I typically get the glue on nails but loved this design and wanted to try the press on. They are less messy to put on than the glue but I do think the glue on lasts a little bit longer. The first two days these babies were holding on strong. By the third day, it felt like they were coming up just a bit. There was enough of a gap at the cuticle part of the nail that my hair would get caught which I didn't like. I ended up taking them off on day 5. For quick, no mess nails that last for a couple of days these are great. If you want something that lasts a little longer go for the glue on. Be sure to use the cleaning wipe before putting them on to make sure they stick well. I'll also note that the nail polish looked great the entire time I had them on and didn't chip or fade at all. The little jewel decorations stayed on and didn't fall off as well. I have to wear the shorter ones for work; the trend for all the other brands is to make them very long. I appreciate that impress has all of the sizes available, even short. This is literally the only brand that sells the size I can wear to work. They fit my nails better than any other brand; the other brands are so curved that they don't fit right. I use a little bit of the Kiss glue with these and they last 5 to 7 days with tons of handwashing and hand sanitizer!!! My best advice is to put them on before bed, that way you are not getting them wet for 8 to 10 hours. Don't soak in a bathtub or hot spa if you want them to last longer. I can't stop recommending these nails! The adhesive backing on them makes them last SO much longer than all of the other brands of nails. The adhesive combined with glue is magic. Also, I appreciate the ability to not use glue if I am going to do a longer style just for the weekend; the ability to just use the adhesive on the nails and then pop them off later is wonderful. One day I was in my local Ulta and noticed these, and the associate said she absolutely loved them--in fact, so much so that "press on nails got her through the pandemic" when she couldn't get to the salon. I wore these for about 6 days and was really impressed with their durability and strong hold. Others on here have commented that the glue strips need to be better...I'm wondering if somehow I got a better "lot"? Differences in quality control? I am very active and these survived heavy landscaping (with gloves), bathing, lots of housework with occasional whacks to my nails, and tons of hand washing. They didn't even start to lift until probably after day 5. I feel pretty sure that if I'd used nail glue, they would have lasted even longer. They were easy to remove also, with no damage to my nails. And--I even got a compliment on them! For the price, can't go wrong. As the wonderful ladies at Ulta correctly pointed out, salon nails would be unlikely to have withstood the abuse I put them through and would have scuffed or chipped. I'm going back for more colors!
