I have been using the Avene mineral spray for years. I get the large size, usually purchasing a few at a time so I am never out. I have tried various brands over the years but this one just feels the gentlest and nicest on my sensitive skin. My skin loves it! However, I have also gotten the occasional cans that the spray tip was faulty resulting in a split stream of spray that made me waste so much of the water. When I placed my order this last time I let customer service know of the occasional problem and asked that they double check that the order I was placing was from a batch with good spray nozzles. A local beauty supply store near me had once had to return a whole case of them for faulty spray nozzles which had all the customers returning them. I then had one of the worst exchanges with customer service I have ever had with any company. This person, who seems to be their entire customer service department accused me of shaking the cans repeatedly before use (something I would never do). She said shaking the cans would cause the spray nozzle to become clogged with minerals. I let her know that is not the case, I am not in the habit of shaking cans of water, and the faulty cans I have sometimes purchased where usually like that from the first spray. Also, UPS can be quite rough with the packages they deliver, so if shaking causes the spray nozzle to clog, what hope is there for a good spray nozzle. Anyway she decided to stick with her story that it is somehow all the customers fault. She had such an unpleasant manner I was shocked that this was quite a well known firms customer service rep. Now mind you, I wasn't even asking for exchanges or anything at all from them! Just a double check that my new cans had good nozzles. This exchange has so soured me on dealing with Avene that I am going to revisit my other brands. What is in the can is great, spray nozzle not always so good, customer service 0 stars!
This spray can be refreshing AFTER I've rinsed off face cleanser with tap water. But using it to help remove the cleanser with tissues is NO GOOD for me. My skin is very sensitive to friction. Accordingly, wiping my face--for ANY reason--even with this spay and the strongest, softest tissue I can find leaves my face red and irritated. And my skin feels unwashed. But since I bought it, I didn't want to waste it. So I use it to dampen my hair on post-wash days 1 and often day 2. But that's a very expensive way to dampen hair when a spray bottle of tap water works just as well. Bottom line: FOR ME, this is purely a luxury item. My skin, though extremely sensitive, can tolerate my municipal tap water. For a person on my budget, tolerant of tap water, purchasing a pricey can of water is nothing less than ridiculous.

I have combo skin with a few dry patches around my mouth area, and an oily T zone. throughout the day the moisture of my skin gets depleted making my skin feel tight. This thermal spring water helps me give nourishment to the dry patches, and best of all, I can use it on top of makeup. it soothes real well and it's my day to day go to. I always combine it with the Coola facial mist sunscreen.

i have sensitive, combination skin and my face tends to get hot and flushed when im stressed or busy. the avene thermal spring water comes out in a fine, cool mist and it is truly delightful. i bought this on a whim bcus it was on sale and i wanted to feel like an upperclass lady, but this prodcut suprised me by how much i like it. imagine standing near a waterfall and feeling the gentle spray of the falls carressing your face. thats how it feels. it definitely soothes my red flushed irritated face when i need it, but i cant speak to any long lasting improvements (yet). so grateful i had this product during the brutal heat this summer. if you have a hot tomato face like me, try this product

I use this directly after I cleanse my skin AND after I finish my skincare routine. My face has never looked better. Pro tip: use it to refresh your makeup after a long day or before you blend your foundation. Thank me later.

Yall need to look at the ingredients and realize this is just water and nitrogen…its just overpriced water that youre spraying on your face. The beauty industry scams in many ways and this is one of them.

What is this sorcery?! I spritzed it on my face ONCE! My skin for the rest fo the day was so soft and not irritated. I have rosacea and this definitely calmed it down.

I was skeptical. It's water. But...from the perspective of a middle aged former distance swimmer & cancer survivor-It is healing my skin. I don't know how. Again, it's just water! Not a fancy expensive cream or laser. It is healing not only my swimming sun damage of being young & stupid. But it is healing my radiation burns & lessening the appearance my surgical scars. I don't know if its miraculous or magic. I don't care. It's working. It's great for eczema flares as well. I don't how I got into my mid forties never hearing of this before.

I use this anytime of the day where I need a little pick me up in my skin or if I'm having a sensitivity or a flareup. This product immediately soothes from the moment it hits my face. I also use it as a part of my daily morning and night routine at the very end to seal all of my moisturizers. 100% would recommend.

I had this used on me at a med spa after a microneedling treatment. Amazing. I am a licensed skin care specialist, I purchased it and I love it. After giving birth I've used it on my PP pads. AMAZING FOR HEALING THE SKIN!

I decided to buy this product based on a review from a woman that suffered from dry eyes. I deal with puffy eyelids, it's my sore spot. I use it for my daily beauty regimen, but my eyes were my target for this product. My puffy eyelids have gotten better! A review helped me, so I hope mine helps someone.

I use this before I put my hyaluronic acid on and it helps my skin feel so nice and hydrating, but I definitely don't need this product. Water works great to damp the skin.

I discovered this line while visiting my local Ulta to make a quick pick up of an item I needed for that evening. I have been dealing with very bothered skin that has been so uncomfortable. I tried using a gentle face mist that I already had but it only irritated my face even more with the added bonus of stinging. YAY. I was a light to grab a different spring water mist when I saw this line in the same aisle. I am so happy I gave this a try. I immediately felt relief and have been using this regularly since the day I purchased. My skin has since calmed down so I think I will give other items from this line a try!

I use this twice a day to apply before I put my hyaluronic acid serum. The Hyaluronic acid serum kicks the water into my skin. I also spray this on before I apply my moisturizer. Great product.
