It has a delicate scent, which I believe makes it sensitive scalp friendly. Other high end products overpowered by offensive perfumes irritate my skin, so I‚Äôm always on a look out for products that make my hair look beautiful, but respect my skin and sense of smell. I use it every day, it leaves my hair light, shiny and happy. I don‚Äôt even need to style it much, after using the products, and get complements about my hair almost every day. AND! I never have to use scalp treatments, because my skin never gets irritated by these products. Love it! It claims to volumize thin hair and I will admit it did add a small amount of volume to my hair (which is why I gave the 2 stars). However with the added volume, it made my hair feel dirty. Normally when I wash and condition my hair, its left feeling smooth and light and fresh - this made my hair feel none of these. The shampoo was very thick and sticky and didnt lather through my hair evenly. It had a strong floral scent that I found a bit over powering. Once I had let my hair air dry or had blow dryed my hair out, it felt a little thicker and very heavy. I have fine, thin hair and it works so well. Not super drying, cleans really well. If you can get over the smell it's a good shampoo/conditioner.
