I woke up with 4 small blisters near my temple, and 2 more on my check. Now 3 days later I have 14 of these like red blister pimple type of bumps on my face. I never had more than 1 pimple at any given time in my 57 years. I DEFINITELY would not recommend this product. I have been using neutrogena foundation for years with no issue. This rapid repair has caused havoc to my skin. The other side of my face has only 3 blisters. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through this. Saw results the next day! I would follow suggestion direction/use. Wash your face at night, and put one of the capsules on your face. Massage gently in. Then put whatever moisturizer on top. You can feel the capsule tingle on your skin. After a month, I can visibly see specific dark spots are now lighter, and my overall complexion is more even in tone.
