I have never been so dissatisfied with one of their products. The wand/applicator is incredibly flimsy and bristles are only on one side of the wand. It caused clumping and after another 4 or 5 minutes of fighting to make it look decent, I just gave up. No amount of trying to separate my lashes helped. I think I will take a wand from an old mascara and use it. Incredibly disappointed. The formula is not clumpy and I actually really like the applicator because it separates the lashes really well. Formula is not prone to smearing or flaking. From expensive to drugstore and even within BareMinerals…this is it. The BM maximist mascara is crap, but Strength and Length is amazing. My lashes are quite healthy and long and the mascara accentuates them quite well.
