It doesn't take much for products to weigh it down. This... This is lightweight!! It keeps my ends hydrated and has helped me in hair training, which is changing my hair for the better! Use mid shaft to ends and I use almost daily. It has helped bring back my hairs softness and shine. (I recently went through some crazy hair changes, a lot of thinning, breakage, and just overall diminished health. Waste of money because I will not be using any more of it. I used it sparingly in my fine hair that is bleached and it left my hair oily. I could feel resude, it was so grimey. I wasn't pleased with the scent either.
