I absolutely love this eyeliner. I was so sad thinking that because you guys discontinued the Infinity everlast liquid eyeliner, that nothing would stay on like that. But I was wrong and this eyeliner is built to last. I love the different applicator and the ease of putting on my eyeliner. 2 swipes and I'm good for the day. The makeup lasts through a yoga class and a hike, with no smudges. I would suggest using a micellar water to wipe off or make up remover. It really is water proof so don't just use water and scrub to get it off.
I'm not an expert at eyeliner, but I do have hooded eyelids and prefer a very thin line. This eyeliner has a felt tip that should be precise and easy to use, but the formula is the problem. The black is quite thin and not opaque, so it takes several layers to even get a black line. Otherwise, it looks gray and blah. It also smudges throughout the day, definitely not sweatproof or long lasting. I prefer Nyx Vinyl Liner, which is more precise, opaque, and long lasting.

Amazing liner when it's new. When it's good it's great. Great waterproof and budgeproof formula. HOWEVER. On my third purchase of it and the felt tip still dries up so fast. I only use it on top of clean eyelids or a light layer of eyeshadow and on my second use the felt tip stopped working! This happened with my last purchase of it too! Stored the liner vertical and upside down, shook it repeatedly, rolled it between my hands, etc. No use. Shame I can't get my money's worth out of this product.

I am beyond impressed! I have watery eyes and oily eye lids, this stuff did not budge all day, even after washing my face this liner stayed in place and didn't even smear at all. I had to use my clinique cleansing balm to remove it which worked perfectly. I highly recommend trying this before splurging on a higher end product.

Don't believe anyone who says something bad about this eyeliner 😭 As a broke girlie I've tried all the cheaper eyeliners and this one barely ever disappoints me. It has its days, but 99.9% of the time its a holy grail product for sure. It doesn't budge and is definitely waterproof. I have had so many days where I have cried or sweated and then went to bed & ITS STILL ON THERE !!! I recommend fr 🫶🏻

So good, easy to apply and feels like a dupe for the Stila liquid liner

not sure why people say this isn't opaque, maybe give it a shake before applying. i'm a die hard kat von d tattoo liner girl and this product is better! stays on, precise, opaque. buy it!

I love the Tank Eyeliner. It stays put all day for 12+ hours. It is easy to apply and doesn't smudge or smear during the day.

this eyeliner literally just withstood me going to a concert and having a 30 minute breakdown during it. i am entirely in awe.

Very water proof without being hard to take off. Just wish the black was a more rich black. Love it overall !

I absolutely adore this eyeliner! I have used eyeliner for such a long time and I have used horrible ones and good ones but this Milani one tops every one I've tried. It stays for a LONGGG time. I wouldn't necessarily say it's 110% waterproof, like it definitely survives a good sob, however I wouldn't drop my head into water 😂 So yeah I guess it is basically waterproof! It doesn't smudge at all when dried. The only semi-issue is that since it stays on so well.. it stays on almost TOO well- it takes a good minute to get off and can be a bit annoying (I'm also impatient lol) so besides that- it's a great product! Def recommend < 3333 🫶🏻

I used to buy milani's felt tip eyeliner, but the version I used to get doesnt seem to exist anymore and has been replaced by "The Tank" it would seem. This stuff goes on well enough, but it dries and flakes in 24 hours or less. The Milani stuff I used to use could last days with just a little touchup. I still have all my old pens, their tips are just dried out (trying to figure out how to fix that), and the formula is very obviously different and inferior. Its painful getting this stuff off when its in its dry and flakey phase.

I've tried about 4 different eyeliners and this will always be the best one!!! It is a little bit on the expensive side compared to other but it's so good. It doesn't smear (on me atleast) and lasts all day. The eyeliner is not too thin so it's a perfect size for any look you're trying to do. This is for sure waterproof

I bought this in-store because I needed a new liner and it was on sale. I wasn't expecting much, but this exceeded my expectations! Usually I'll need 2-3 coats of liner to make it opaque, but with this, I just drew on my wing and was ready to go. I wore it out with my husband, and after walking through a downpour of rain for about an hour, my liner looked as good as when I applied it! I've also sweat and rubbed my eyes with this on and it still doesn't budge! The tradeoff is that it'll be a little harder to remove than regular eyeliner. But if you use Micellar Water or an oil based makeup remover, you should have no issues.

I LOVE the formula of this liner!! Literally the definition of perfectly WATERPROOF AND SMUDGEPROOF. Literally invincible! However, the felt tip of the actual applicator frays after a few uses and the eyeliner pen starts to skip and/or smudge, causing the perciseness of your lines to go down the drain.

Milani missed the mark. The Tank is not a good as Milani's Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Eyeliner (the non-vinyl one) with the easy-to-use felt tip. I actually hate the Tank's tip and the glossy plastic result.

I have purchased so many eyeliners that say waterproof. They all run from my watery eyes. Not this one. I am very surprised by the bad reviews, however, I have used marker type eyeliners for years so I have no problems with this one. I keep repurchasing it.

I thought it was gonna be a great liner. The pigment is rather thin. Watery almost. Even after shaking it up & all. Once it does dry though, it stays decently well.

I love eyeliner and am very picky about which I use. I am definitely an expert when it comes to application. This eyeliner I would not recommend to beginners because it's a little stiff and difficult to manipulate for someone just learning to apply liquid liner. The formula is also a little on the dry side and is not as opaque as other eyeliners. It has good staying power and look nice after application but fades pretty significantly throughout the day. It's a decent eyeliner but I will not be repurchasing.

This is a felt tip type of pen liner. If I test on my hand (with no primer), it draws on smoothly with no patching. If I only use this eyeliner by itself with primer, the liner kind of goes on smoothly but gets patchy while winging. This product does terribly over eyeshadow. I have had this eyeliner for months to see if maybe I'm doing something wrong. It is difficult to draw a smooth wing over eyeshadow with this liner so I don't think I will purchase this again. I prefer pen eyeliners from Korean or Japanese brands like Etude House or Heroine as I feel their pen eyeliners have the best control. I just wanted to find any local makeup brands that could compare but so far I haven't found any at a budget price. I do have to say if you just want to wear eyeliner alone, I think this liner is okay. It's not the greatest eyeliner but also not the worst.

This was very user friendly. Lasts all day and is not difficult to remove! Will repurchase

I've been using the discontinued Milani infinite eyeliner for years and then they launched this. I first bought this last year, and i thought i received a bad batch. This is my 3rd one, the same crusty mess. It dries out and leaves crumbs on your face. don't spend your money on this. Companies always discontinue good products and ruin the formulas. It's so annoying. I'm going currently searching for a better drug store liner. Loreal cat eye seems to have decent ratings, I'll try that for now.

The felt tip is great and sturdy. However, I feel like it's almost out of ink right from the get go. The black is hard to fill in and I have to go over it with a different liquid eyeliner to get my desired opacity
