From my confidence level, to passing it down to my daughter so now we both use all Pattern everything, to reminding myself what it means to be a Proud Black Latina Queen. Moving from California to Georgia put a lot of stress into my hair. It was brittle, dry, weak, and had lost every ounce of curls. I tried everything from Aunt Jackie to at home treatments to braiding my hair every night- you name it. Nothing. Worked. And everything. Absolutely everything further damaged my hair. Understandably I fell into a deep pit of depression because I was always taught my hair is an extension of my essence as a Latina and Black Queen- and having moved across country with just my man, daughter, and pup I was already overly stressed out and overwhelmed & my hair felt that. It's hard loving your hair when its at it's worst. Then came along my Fairy Godmother, that's what I've always called Tracee, and she released Pattern. It was love at first wash. Her hydrating shampoo and conditioner for curlies truly is in a league of its own. It's untouchable. My hair felt fresh, light, a bit stonger because it wasn't so dry, and smelled amazing after just the first wash and conditioning. From there, within less than two weeks, I noticed a drastic improvement/change- I HAD GOTTEN MY CURLS BACK (GO NIESHA GO GO GO! Haha). Not only that, but my hair was just alive and back then better before. Fast forward 7 months and I am still continuing to rebuy like clockwork: Pattern Hydrating Shampoo, Pattern Curlies Conditioner, and Pattern Leave In Conditoner. I also have purchased Pattern Shower Brush, Pattern Wide Tooth Comb, Pattern Argan Oil, Pattern Strong Hold Gel, Pattern Jojoba Oil Hair Serum Self Heating Packs, Pattern Hair Clip, Pattern Satin Scrunches, Pattern Microfiber Towel, and Pattern Spray Bottle. Every single one of Pattern's hair tools are reliable, durable, and exquisite. I believe this product makes such a difference in my life because it's unapologetic, fierce, genuine, and loving. Not just to my hair, but to me as a biracial woman. I feel like the purest form of myself when administering these products, because I know I'm giving my hair the best that is out there. I'm happy to report my hair is soaring, I haven't been depressed for the past 7 months, and my daughter is learning how to be a young lady and taking pride in her hair because of Pattern. Thank you to the team at Pattern- from marketing to those in the warehouse who package and push out thousands upon thousands of products everyday. Thank you Pattern.Most Helpful Critical ReviewLooks can be decivingThis is really annoying, it comes in a beautiful package, in velvet sleeves, you are all excited to open it to realize they have invested has much in the packaging than in the comb itself. It's like putting lipstick on a cow and calling it a beauty queen. The plastic is light and cheap, it even has the sound of a cheap plastic comb... you know what I mean right They try to make look good so we wouldn't notice but it's really disappointing, my 5$ comb is actually better quality. I don't think it cost more than 2$ to produce.
