I always want to be fair when I write a review. Make sure I use the product a number of times (if it's new to me) before I report back to y'all 😊 Back story is I bleach my hair. Have for years. Welll, frost really. But heavy frost. My hair is about mid waist and takes forever to dry since it's naturally wavy. And that made me stop washing my hair so often. Less breakage. Less drying out. I wash my hair once a week. That's it. But I do, from time to time, need to use a dry shampoo to refresh and make it last a little longer. I've tried them all. Some are ok...others are just horrible. I'm still searching for one I can use regularly. And doesn't cost a ton of money. Redken has always made quality products so I jumped at the chance to try it. Shoot, didn't even know they had a dry shampoo!! The first day I used it I was running late for work but I could've used a shampoo. No time so I reached for the invisible shampoo by Redken. Followed the directions which are a bit different since this tells you to spray your hair from root to ends and comb after dry. Since I try to experience products in the most extreme circumstances I used it two days later to extend it once more. Just to see. I love this dry shampoo. My hair never once felt sticky or grimy like some dry shampoos do. In fact, two days after I used it I was able to extend even the dry shampoo by two additional days. This is the only dry shampoo I will use from now on. It shampooed out easily with minimum effort and didn't leave any yuckies behind. You know that weird sticky feeling you get from some dry shampoos? Not here, not from Redken. I was actually shocked that it felt like I really had shampooed my hair. From my scalp to the ends. I'm sold for life......or as long as I have hair!!
It's true, NO WHITE CAST, but also no other benefits, too! I always buy Redken's Deep Clean Dry Shampoo but they were out and it was a sale on this so I was excited to use a no white cast dry shampoo, since the deep clean one by redken is amazing but leaves a strong white cast. However, this one did not do any type of dry shampoo benefits, no clean feeling, no slight volume. It actually made my hair sticky and greasy. Cheaper brands like Batiste do way better than this one. I do not recommend. I gave two stars since it's true, no white cast, but that's it, you're literally spraying your hair w/ colorless grease.

This did nothing for my hair it almost made it look dirtier.

There is no white residue, but it really dries out your hair and feels crunchy and dirty.

The first time I used this, I didn't like it. I figured I would give it another try. I just used it again…and it's still awful. The only good thing about this dry shampoo is that it doesn't leave a white cast. My hair was greasy, still feels greasy and even dirtier. It also makes my hair feel super dry and tangles it.

I really like this dry shampoo because it doesn't leave the white residue that you have to pat in, like other dry shampoos. I can just spray it in, of course I kinda tap it in still, but I don't have to worry about accidentally missing a part!

This dry shampoo does little to absorb oil and makes my hair feel like I just sprayed hair spray in it. It is very sticky. No cast but does not do a good job.

This dry shampoo *sort of* works for like the first hour. Then, it leaves your hair looking worse than you applied it. It literally does the opposite of its job. I was super disappointed in it.

Redkin Invisible Dry Shampoo: Results also invisible. This product offers nothing, not even a little bit. The closest thing it is to a dry shampoo is as it's 4th adopted step-cousin by marriage. Hardly a fragrance so there truly are no redeeming factors when it comes to this product. Spare your scalp and your wallet.

I hate to even make a bad review on something. However I want to save the next person who does. This stuff is horrible. I have thin hair so this stuff made it worse doesn't hold up it's word at all.

Glad I bought this on sale because I'll not be repurchasing. I have long, thin hair. I followed the directions on how to use this product but it has left my hair feeling as if I sprayed hair spray into it. I don't like the texture my hair has when I use this dry shampoo - it is also hard to get out of my hair when washing with shampoo. Very odd.

I LOVE Redken. I use the acidic bonding alternated with the extreme length systems and my thinning hair has regrown! I use so many in and out of shower Redken products and love all of them. This one, however, was a miss for me. I usually use Klorane and love it as it does not deposit too much powder in the hair. I noticed no difference in the light second day oiliness. Didn't seem to absorb any of it.

I've tried several dry shampoos and this is my favorite

Didn't do much for my thinner hair, dry shampoos that leave a residue (that you can get out with a brush or blow dryer) do a MUCH better job.

Oh boy, this dry shampoo is not it. I like the other one by Redken, but this one? Just kinda glues my hair together while weighing it down hard. And while it does not smell like flowers and what not, it reeks of alcohol. It's unbearable if you apply it in a smaller bathroom. Glad I caught it on a sale— I definitely won't be repurchasing.

I love this! It is an excellent dry shampoo that has the benefit of being fragrance free. I have found few hair products that don't contain fragrance(I am allergic) and this is by and far the best! My stylist has shown me how to use it as a volumizer in addition to a "shampoo"

This is a great dry shampoo option! Fragrance free means, no floral or weird scents, though, you could sense a bit of a chemical scent. It works great for in between washes, for my needs. Would highly recommend.

Very easy to use. Perfect for a quick fix when you don't have time to wash your hair but need to get a presentable look right away. It smells great and leaves no unpleasant residue.

I was excited to try Redken Invisible Dry Shampoo because I haven't found one that doesn't give my hair too much more texture than it already has. Unfortunately I simply didn't like the texture of my hair. Unscented was a huge plus, not to overpower my favorite perfume. It didn't last as long as advertised, but wasn't the worst I've tried. I guess it really depends on what you are looking for in your dry shampoo. But I don't think the value matched the price.

Great dry shampoo. Smells decent and works well.

The Redken Invisible Dry shampoo is honestly a life saver! The smell is amazing and it leaves no white residue. It's not sticky or heavy like others I have tried. My hair is naturally oily and I can't style it more than one day after a wash without it being greasy. This dry shampoo is amazing and works wonders! I have dark brown hair and every other dry shampoo that I have tried leaves white marks in my hair where I spray. This Invisible dry shampoo ACTUALLY dries invisible! I love it and I will never use another dry shampoo ever!!

I have greasy hair and having Redken Invisible Dry Shampoo gives me a fresh look when I don't have time to wash my hair. It also adds extra volume to your hair. I only spray it on my scalp, shake with my fingers and that's it. Is a must have product and does not leaves white residues in your hair.

This is a great dry shampoo that works really well. It surprised me that it has a good smell. Product is not heavy ☺️

This is my new favorite dry shampoo. I don't like a lot of other brands because they leave like a white cast but this doesn't leave any. It doesn't look like I've put dry shampoo on and it smells absolutely amazing.
Brittyynicole from Michugany
I like the idea of an "invisible" dry shampoo as someone with darker hair, but this wasn't it. It didn't seem to do anything for my semi oily hair the day after washing and surely didn't do anything on day 3 or 4. I'll stick with my budget friendly dry shampoo that comes in original and dark.
