I've used this Soothing Balm a few times now, and I can definitely see a difference. I primarily use it to sooth my skin from irritation after shaving, and it works wonders for that. The balm is very thick but melts to an almost oily consistency when it warms up on your skin. It's so smooth to apply. It doesn't drag on your skin at all which I like and a little goes a long way so it's worth the price. It does help with mild itchiness, but I'm not confident it would be soothing enough for someone with a more severe case. I definitely would recommend it if you're looking for something very gentle though in both ingredients and application. I love that the tube isn't too big for my purse so I can travel with it if need be. I will definitely continue to use and repurchase. My only complaint is that it doesn't completely dry down. That oily consistency stays on your skin and underwear. It left me feeling uncomfortable if I used too much product. So I would recommend wearing a panty liner with this to feel more dry and comfortable. Especially if you need to apply it to a large area.
I recieved this product for free from Bzzagent in exchange for an honest review.
Bought this because of the positive reviews and thought it would be nice to have a moisturizing product for winter (hot showers have been drying me out). The cream is thick and white, which I don't mind, but I definitely never let my bf see me with it on. After about 1-2 weeks of occasional use, I was red and itchy down there! The final straw was when I noticed a crop of little pimples all over my vulva! I looked it up and it's definitely an allergic reaction to the product. Odd because I'm not allergic to anything, but the cream is sooo heavy (main ingredient shea butter is super occlusive) I think it just clogged up the pores and hair follicles. As a bonus, it stained all of my underwear. I would steer clear of this product. If you're having itching or dryness I would go straight to the obgyn and avoid "quick fix" promises on the internet. Good luck, darlings!!

I am in my mid 30s with dry/sensitive skin. I use this for irriation in my inner thifhs. It is a nice thick formula that protects the skin and allows it to heal. I also used this on my thigh to prep my skin for getting tattooed. It worked so nicely. I wish it came in a larger bottle

I've been using for months now. A small amount goes a long way! Less than pea size. I use on my bum and crack and the sensitive in between. No smell and also helps with friction. Nice barrier for those of us allergic to our waste.

Im on my third tube of this product! I have a pain disorder that unfortunately affects this area, and it is basically itching and burning without cause (overactive nerves). I've had this for 15 years and have tried multiple ways to calm it down, including sitting on ice which was the doctor recommendation. This actually soothes it 4/5 times! At least enough so that I can get on with my day instead of being too distracted by the discomfort. The consistency is just like Desitin, but it doesnt have the stickiness or scent of Desitin. The con is that it is discouragingly hard to press the product out of the tube. I can't imagine how much harder it would be for someone with arthritis or other limitations. Please update the plastic to something that is easier to squeeze!

I have bought several products and nothing got better. This stuff is thick and white like diaper rash ointment. I don't care, it works. It is hard to get out of the tube. Again, I don't care, it works. It leaves a residue in the undies. They can be washed. Definitely will purchase again.

The tube this product comes in is impossible to get out. I finally got a piers out to pinch the tube and get the product out! What's the deal???? Are the other products this hard to get out?

This product is truly a gem. Literally the only product that is able to soothe, moisturize, and stop my dry, itchy legs. For those with Diabetes, IYKYK. Never have used it on my vulva, but I can confidently say it does it's job with skin outside of the genital area! Yes, it is thick and although I personally do not have issues with squeezing the balm out, I can foresee others who might have weaker hands/wrists struggling with the tube. So keep that in mind. Rubs into skin fine. When I've been really slacking on keeping my legs moisturized, I use this product in conjunction with a protective ointment (petroleum based) and it's so incredibly soothing. Highly recommend for chronically dry skin!

I love this stuff! If you're like me and have problems with chafing on the lady bits for whatever reason, this is for you. Its super thick and can soothe any and all irritation within a couple hours and its usually all better within a day or two. I also love that it goes on rather sheer, so its very discreet. Its also great to use after a shave to keep the skin from being irritated. It's a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way and its so worth it.

Only reason im giving this product 4 stars instead of 3 is because OF THE PACKAGING!!!!! It is WAYYYY to thick to be in the kind of packaging that its in. I have been using this product for over a year now. I have gone thru soo many tubes because after a while, you can't get all of the product out and have to re purchase. Which becomes a waste of money considering i cant use all of the product. Other than that, I love this product. It is thick but a little goes a long way, so you dont need much. I have very sensitive skin and it has been good to me. I definitely would recommend.

I like this and want to keep repurchasing. But PLEASE it's SO HARD TO GET OUT OF THE TUBE. I don't see why it isn't packaged in a tub. Please I beg you. So that I can keep buying this, make it easy to use.

I've actually used this on my vulvar skin and my, um, other undercarriage areas and it's worked great for both.

Rescue balm has been immensely helpful with the symptoms that come with lichen sclerosis. It both calms and protects the area. I was very pleased with it's effectiveness.

I appreciate all of the efforts that went into making this product, but it did nothing for Me. The consistency was slightly thinner than Palmers Butt Paste / Bottom Butter for diaper rash. I'm so miserable.

I've started using this about a week ago, and I wanted to find a product that can help keep things moisturized down there. I was on birth control for a while, and it made me very dry. It caused a lot of chafing during sex and I ended up itchy, sore and irritated. I've used topical steroids for a long time, so I wanted to use a different alternative. Many people are right about the consistency of the balm, it is very thick. I mix it with coconut oil to soften the balm or I use my fingers to warm it up a bit. It makes application easier. So far, I'm pretty happy with this product. I apply it after I shower and before/after sex.

I cannot say enough about this Rescue Balm. I wear adult diapers daily and for a long time have suffered with very itchy vulvar and surrounding areas. Self-diagnosed, it is the heat/urine from the diapers that causes this. I could not get any advice or help from doctors or nurses. After lots of searching, I came across this Rescue Balm and it immediately took care of my problem! I will never go without it again. I apply the balm after I shower. If I could purchase it by the gallon, I would! I highly recommend this to anyone that has this problem.

I've had BV, using this with The Killer suppositories calmed everything down fast. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

It is next to impossible to squeeze any of the Rescue Balm out of the tube because it is so thick. I really fear that it's going to be more and more difficult to do so once the tube is not completely filled.
Esther from Undisclosed
Like it! I don't love it. Super hard to get out of the tube.
Does the job though.

Had to go to the doctor after a week of using. Would have returned but said it had to be in new condition. How can you try it and not use it? Ridiculous

This project has been a true God send for me. It is true that the consistency is very thick, but the relief it provides is well worth it. This is the only thing outside of a steroid cream that works and I cannot recommend it highly enough, it has saved some of my sanity for sure. I also have tried the vanilla body wash and it is also an excellent product.

Heard this was a holy grail for most people so you can understand my horror when I experienced the worst pain + bumps and basically burns all over my vulva

My life is changed! No more middle of the night itching! 🥰

Must have if you experience incontinence. I usually wear reusable incontinence panties during the day and pads during the night. The exposure to moisture makes my skin extra sensitive and this balm has helped restoring my skin's barrier.
I do agree that sometimes it can be a bit tricky to squeeze out but if you hold the tube in between your hands, it will warm up and squeeze easier.
Natalie from Florida
I've used it once omw to an appointment (😉) and I feel SO soft. There's no smell (or taste ahaa).
