I love this foundation & far more than the original Photo Focus. I couldn't wear the original because it made me look dry, wrinkled and aged. My ONLY complaint in the dewy formula is there isn't a shade that has a pink/cool enough undertone & so even the closest shade is just too orange for me. There was one shade in the original line that I could make work but the shades in dewy line aren't the same. I really wish that there were some cooler/more pink undertones in the medium shade range. I was able to match my paler-pink skin perfectly (most foundations too tan) and their is a HUGE color selection to choose from. This foundation covers very well for me but the "dewy" part actually makes it look nice on the face. I have always used powder foundation but have started feeling like I need a little more coverage. This foundation is EVERYTHING!!! I love the applicator. A little goes a LONG way. I accidently used too much once & it looked cakey. I moisturize, prime, and apply with a damp sponge that has been rung out with a dry paper towel. It applies so beautifully. I feel like the color is a tad too light (will probably be perfect for winter) so I apply a light layer of my PUR powder foundation. Perfect!!! I set with Morphe setting spray. After it dries, I loosly/lightly apply IT bye bye pores pressed powder with a fluffier brush. It's the first time in years that my makeup lasts all day. Please never stop making this. I've been insecure about my texture and fine lines for a bit (dry skin/broken moisture barrier) so I prefer a fresh faced look usually and this is absolutely phenomenal. I tried other ones like the elf halo glow and satin finish and the neutrogena healthy skin and they're awful, if you want a natural youthful look that doesnt look like an oil slick please do yourself a favor and buy this one. It doesn't even break up when i reapply sunscreen on top! Contour and blush blend seamlessly into it too. I would suggest pairing it with a setting powder in the T Zone and any other spots you want to blur out and brighten up, but it's amazing. I purchased this one because of all the good reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised! The first thing that made me very happy, was the color I bought was basically an exact match to my skin color. Then, it went on very smoothly, it was a light, creamy, skin but better texture, which I loved. And for me, it lasted 8+ hours throughout my work shift, and I'm constantly moving around. The only con I'd say, is later on in the day, it separated slightly, but not enough to notice, unless you're really close and inspecting my face (which I was doing in the bathroom mirror).
