I fell in love with the 16hr Camo concealer however it was too drying for my under eye area and accentuated my fine lines. I will soon be 58 yrs old and my skin has always been oily however my under eye area is now dry. This stuff is PERFECT to blur the aging process!! After moisturizer, I apply the Poreless Putty Primer with my fingertips under the eye then follow with the hydrating concealer (little goes a long way) also with my fingertips to warm it up. I then use a damp beauty blender to blend it out and set it with my Laura Mercier Translucent Powder and the end results are FLAWLESS!! I live in a very hot/humid climate and this concealer is Perfect for my no-makeup days using the hydrating camo under eye and the 16hr camo to blur face imperfections once you blend it out and set it! However, do BEWARE that the color chart is OFF and you can't use the 16hr Camo Concealer of the same shade as your guide. Fair beige is too dark for me so for the winter I grabbed a hydrating concealer in fair warm since that's what I had in the matte finish. When I brought it home, it was not the same color at all and was also too dark. I finally went and bought the fair rose since that was the lightest, and it is pretty good. Look at the picture of the hydrating vs matte swatches both in fair warm. They should be close to identical and definitely are not. Then came the dry patches. I have dry combination skin but don't ever get dry patches, however after using this for maybe 2 months I got dry patches in both corners of my eyes. No other makeup touches my inner eyes and I made no other changes to my makeup. I stopped using the concealer about 5-6 days ago and already my skin is clearing up. This is what I get for buying a cheap face product so I will go back to Shape Tape. I have had problems recently with slight creasing under my eyes after only a few hours of wear, it is not too noticeable from farther away but it is noticeable to me when touching up my makeup. I was also surprised to hear many people rave about what a great high coverage concealer this is. for me it doesnt cover dark circles and makes my under eyes look gray, i would typically add more concealer if this were to happen with another concealer but if you try to do that with this concealer you will immediately notice the concealer becoming patchy. all this is not to say i do not like the product because on camera it looks very good and the shade range is pretty nice (although most shades are pretty warm no matter if it claims to have a cool undertone). my favorite thing about this concealer is how seamlessly it blends into skin or foundation. i also think the packaging looks very clean and pretty however the applictor sometimes picks up too much product and gets on my clothes or desk.Bought it 4 times now!5Kay from Wilmington NCIt's very affordable for the coverage.
