For someone like me who has had super thick hair her entire life, finding a dryer that cuts dry time and styles just the way I want it seemed almost impossible. I've tried MULTIPLE dryer brushes (one actually caught fire because it just couldn't handle this thick mane of mine) and non of them lasted long. I was told about the drybar brand and to try the double shot dryer. So I figured if it works, I don't mind spending the money. I love it, but my only issue is with having thick hair the bristles don't last long with these kinds of dryers. The dryer works great after having it just over a yr, but unfortunately the bristles are falling off and/or are burned which sucks since this isn't a cheap product. I wish this one came with changeable brush heads so I can toss the beat up one. Other than that, this dryer is great, just sad that I may have to look for other options
I've had it for 9 months and it's…not good. I feel like the cheap Revlon brush is better and I am definitely going to move up to the Dyson air wrap. This gets so hot it burns the yellow tips (making them brown) before each individual brush falls off completely (see pic). Super bummed.

Was hoping based upon reviews, that this blow dryer would give me a pretty blowout look. It doesnt. It doesnt give any volume or body either. I would give my hair a quick half dry with another blow dryer and use this one to style and it never did anything for my hair. I did it in sections, watched all the tik toks on how to do it properly and nothing. Dont waste your money if you're looking for that shiny flowy blowout style. You won't get it with this product.

This works great but it is expensive and should last longer. I am using it once a day and I have replaced it twice already in a year.

Using this hairdryer brush gives me a professional blowout look!! Worth every penny!!

Invested in this but two years later it just stops working one day. Tried to get it replaced but you need the original receipt and who has that? Too many hoops to go through. My Revlon one was so much less expensive and never died. I only replaced it to treat myself to the name brand and figured I was making an investment. Totally not worth it!

This dryer is good but the design is defective. My hair gets trapped in the top of the brush and then it pulls it out when i try to remove my hair from it. I trued using less hair but i get the same results.

This is by far the best blow dryer I have ever used in my life, I am absolutely obsessed with it! Does such a good job at drying my hair and helping keep the frizz at bay, also so so easy to use and operate! Gifted by drybar

I have been super eager to try a Blow-Dryer Brush but there is SO many of them now that its hard to choose which one is actually great. Hopefully my review can help guide you into finding out if this is the right fit for you or not. I started off with letting my hair 80 percent, this helps prevent damage/breakage and tangles. Your hair will be too heavy and hard to work with if you use this when you get straight out of the shower. I have found that for my fine to medium hair only needs the first setting, the second setting is more powerful and gets hot quickly which would be great for thick hair. My hair feels bouncy and SO soft afterwords, giving me some volume at the top of my very flat hair. And if you have layers, this will be your go to for those luscious waves and bounciness! It is easy to use/handle, I feel like even beginners can get the hang of it quickly with minimal fuss. I recently used this for a concert and my blowout lasted me throughout the whole weekend! If you are looking something easy to use that gives great results, you need this! #giftedbydrybar #complimentaryfromdrybar

I have always wanted to blow dry my hair and give it that volume but I was afraid to damage it. When I read the reviews about the dry bar double shot blow dryer I was beyond excited to check it out. It is totally worth the money. At the salon it will cost you about $70 for a hair wash and blow dry. Might as well invest on a tool and do it yourself at home! It has three difficult temperatures and you will never smell that burnt hair while styling it! This was complimentary from Drybar

The easiest blow-drier I ever used! This is really easy and comfortable to use, in not a pro at drying my hair but this blow-drier just makes it so easy for me to dry or simply style my hair. I wish there was a heat setting in between the two it currently had but overall this works very well, it is lightweight and very easy to use even for me. Gifted by Drybar

This blow dryer brush was very nice! It gave me a nice blowout look! the build and plastic is decent but could be better given the price but i still enjoy it. I like that it's easy to use and that there is a cool setting as well. My hair is nice and shiny! I was gifted by Drybar.

This product was gifted by Drybar. There is a definitely a learning curve to using this product but once you figure it out your hair looks AMAZING!! My hair always look super sleek and shiny after using it. Love that it makes your hair look like you just left the salon for a fraction of the price.

This is a great product that I was gifted by Drybar but actually kind of makes my hair frizzy. I think it works well and blowfly's my hair with providing volume but maybe I'm not using it right. I tried it with my hair really wet and I would recommend doing it on 50%-75% dry hair

First thing I noticed was how light this tool is! I've tried so many different blow dry brushes on the market and they're all very heavy and overheat way too quickly. I didn't experience either of these things with Drybar's blow dry brush so immediately I loved it and the bristles make my hair super soft and keeps my hair smooth all day long. I was gifted by DryBar, but it's definitely worth the investment!

gifted by Drybar This drying brush is the best tool I have tried for hair, it is very easy to use and very practical. It does not mistreat or burn the hair, I love it. I always take it wherever I go without a doubt I give it 10/10

I love this blowdry brush! It's super easy to use and gives my thick long hair a good blowdry in no time. I have used other brushes similar and the biggest difference is this dry bar brush has extra brissels aligning each prong that allow the brush to really grab on to all of your hair and not just the surface! I was gifted by Drybar this product after wanting to purchase it for awhile and I absolutely think it's worth the price!

This hair brush dryer was gifted by Drybar. It leaves a great blow dry effect on my hair and gives me insane volume. It leaves my hair super shiny and silky. It has just the right temperature not too hot unlike other brands.

I love it! It was my first time owning and using a blowout brush and it was everything I imagined. I hate blow drying my hair but I look forward to it because I can style it too as I'm drying. I love it so much! Gifted by drybar

This is amazing! I love how it gives me a blowout look without the hassle of a brush and blow dryer. It's super easy to use and super fun to have! It stores away easily as well. The size is perfect as I don't like small curls. Gifted by drybar

Simply put, this is the best hair dryer brush I've ever tried out. This product was gifted by Drybar, so I came in with no expectations! After washing my hair, they only product I used was a heat protectant and my hair came out looking so smooth and silky. It gave such a nice blowout look, I actually felt like I had just gotten my hair done at the salon. Needless to say, this is my new favorite product and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know.

I read a lot of online reviews and articles to determine which Dryer brush to buy. This one seemed to have good reviews, so I took a chance on it. The first 5 or 6 uses it was great. I even had someone ask me if I had gotten my hair professionally blown out. Which was great, but then the very next time I went to use it, it would not turn on. There was nothing to indicate that it was broken, just plugged it in, turned on the switch and nothing. I tried plugging into different outlets, tried the Reset and test buttons and nothing. Like it does not get any power. Gave it 2 stars because it was great before it stopped working.

I was prepared to buy this and return it as a gimmick. Unfortunately for my wallet, it made a difference. I'm attaching pictures of using a generic Revlon or ConAir blow dryer brush versus Drybar; it made my type 2b wavy/curly dry hair much smoother than the cheaper option. Super easy to use: I'm bad at styling hair and have no issues.

I had really high hopes for this brush but honestly the revlon does a much better job and half the price. My hair was frizzy after using this. It also doesn't dry consistently, the middle stays wet no matter how small amount of hair I use.
Jan from Florida
I have had the Revlon for years. Figured I'd try this one. It was horrible! It has no heat to it and hair did not come out straight like the Revlon. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I loved how long the cord was. Stick to the Revlon.

I used to let my hair air dry because I didn't wanna have to deal with a regular hair dryer and a round brush… etc… I got one of these for Christmas and it's completely changed my hair mindset! Yes that sounds dramatic but I use this daily… it saves time and my hair always looks like I just left the salon. Trust me this is coming from a former hair hippy!
