This brow pencil draws perfectly on bare skin and fills in those sparse areas better than any prestige pencil I have tried. It does not tame the unruly hairs, so for that I use Benefits brow gel on top. I worked outside in my yard all day, and my brows still looked good. I am platinum blond and use the #2 pencil.
