This is by far one of the best dry shampoos I used if not the best. First the smell is invigorating, it takes me to a whole other place. My hair looks and feels fantastic. I have long dark hair, but it blends into my hair perfectly. I will be using this all the time, I don't wash my hair everyday and no one would ever no because of Baptiste dry shampoo. Everyone needs this! I received this product to give my honest review. Opinions are 100 percent mine.Most Helpful Critical ReviewSlowly Learning to Pay Attention to all Hair ProductsI used these dry shampoos for YEARS, and loved them. But unfortunately ignored all the warning signs. I have sensitive-ish skin on my face, and I'm assuming my head as well. Whenever my roots would start to grow out, the week to two weeks before my hairstyling appointment, I would just zap my roots with a little dry shampoo. I started developing these rashes and cracked wounds on my scalp right around those times (right before getting my hair done.. which would always end up being very painful because of the cracked skin) and legitimately thought I had some mild-med form of psoriasis. My hair stylist and I tried to think of everything.. was it the changing seasons and the air having less/more moisture?? Was it how I was washing my face at night; letting too much face wash get into my hairline and affect my scalp? Then finally after what seemed like FOREVER I realized this spray is SO dense, it wasn't letting my head breathe. And unfortunately, it was time to part ways. I would try here and there to get away with just using it for emergencies, just when my hair was a tiny bit shiny and I was going to wash it that night... nope, it would kill my head. So if you're not sensitive to things too much, and will wash your hair within 12hours of using this spray, this is for you. It works much better than the other dry shampoos I tried prior to using this, including Dove's. It leaves no white cast and also gives my hair a bit of volume. No matter how much of it I use, the fragrance dissipates after 10 minutes or so and isn't overpowering in any way, or clashing with my perfume. After my first try, I noticed it slightly helped reduce oily scalp and roots the day after washing and for 2 days following that, until my next hair wash. Not once did I notice any build-up, or my roots being weighed down which I experienced using Dove's. If anything, my hair had more bounce and added softness to it!
