Tracee's pattern line has transformed my hair, shampoo, condition and leave in! Ok now for the towel, yes it's small, yes the shape is a little awkward but I learned how to use it on Tracee's Vogue video "guide to curly hair" she does not wrap and twist (messes up curls) she uses the straight edge to fold around your head (like a nun?) lol and I use a small flat clip to hold it in place. So my hair is drying straight down, then once I'm done with my make up and getting dressed, I crunch my hair using the towel to dry and define. Then I take the towel off and keep using it to crunch up my hair! There is a method to the madness I swear! Anyway... check out her vogue video and she'll show you how!Most Helpful Critical ReviewWorks FineSo I will preface this with the fact that I LOVE Pattern's actual hair products and am completely converted. I was one of the people that set an alarm for it's launch date and time & put in my order ASAP. This towel was a little bit of a let down just because the actual hair products were such a success. It's a normal microfiber towel. two edges are rounded, which is helpful and nice when wrapping your hair. I find it a bit too absorbent for my 3B/C curls. I end up having to spray more water back on my hair so my products will distribute properly. I typically use a hair wrap made out of cotton t-shirt material, so I was used to a much less absorbent material to begin with, which may also have been my problem. That said, I do use this towel when my main one is in the wash and it does what it needs to! I was disappointed to see that the edges frayed a bit after this towel's 1st or 2nd wash, as well. All in all, will stick to the actual hair products and steer clear of the accessories in future.Reviewed by 495 customersBest towel ever!5Taboo from SCOk first off I dont have curls ( i only wish lol) i have pretty straight hair on the thick side and SUPeR long. The little "hair towels" that everyone says are so great- ive tried em all and frankly they kinda suck, maybe i just have to much hair but every brand ive tried doesnt seem to obsorb anything and it feels like im just pushing the wetness around. I hated hair towels they were useless, then i gave it one last shot with this one hoping.. and i am obsessed!! Although my hair is past my waist it doesnt matter this towel sucks up so much water i dont care thats its not long enough ( no towel is for my hair) i have even used it to dry my body and it wasnt even wet when i was done.
