The slant on these is great. They're not too sharp, but they do a great job at getting little things. I LOVE the fact that they come in a hard plastic case with a mirror! I have the hardest time finding mirrored cases for tweezers (even willing to pay more for them), but I keep coming back to these because of how well they work, their case, and the price! The tips were nice & sharp and loved how they had a small storage box. But after only a few days of plucking some slightly above average thickness brow hairs, they just stopped grabbing as if they needed re-sharpening. Using a sharpening stone didn't help either since the slanted tips are super fragile and lose their point or become uneven with even slight sharpening. I've sharpened plenty of tweezers in my life and never had a pair become useless afterwards. I'm too lazy to figure out where to get them sharpened so I have this a try. I sometimes get more than one hair by accident because their not as precise, but they are sharp enough to get a good hold of the hairs. Most importantly, I love the case with the mirror. This is perfect for my makeup bag. The thin rectangle case makes it pack up nicely. The case keeps it from getting messy from any powder residue in my bag.
