It is almost overwhelming. The scent is very perfume-like, not a simple, clean scent. I could smell it lingering in my hair, so I was afraid to wear any other perfume - thought I'd smell like a sample counter in a department store. I thought the smell was pleasant, but it might not suit all users. The conditioner is a nice consistency, not too thick, but it did seem to need a fair amount of rinsing to feel like my hair was free of product. The upside is that a small amount did a nice job. The conditioner doesn't seem very "natural " based on its ingredients and strong perfume (I imagine it contains pthalates). Still, it worked very well for my hair.Most Helpful Critical ReviewMade my hair soft but didn't tame itI had never heard of this product before trying it and was hopeful it would help tame my frizzy waves and curls. Unfortunately, the only difference I noticed was softer hair. It did nothing for my frizz and I ended up having to straighten or recurl my hair to calm it. It smells ok but isn't a scent I would seek out.
