Unbelievable Results!I am OBSESSED with the Matrix So Silver Triple Power Mask! The hair mask is incredible! After just one use I saw amazing, unbelievable results! This mask neutralized the yellow/brassy tone of my hair, left it a gorgeous silver tone to my platinum blonde hair! My hair felt so soft, smooth, manageable, strong and healthy! I usually have tangles, but after using this product I didn't have any! I also noticed a lot less frizz and breakage! I am truly amazed at this hair mask and how well it works! Thank you Matrix for this amazing hair mask!!Most Helpful Critical ReviewPersonally made things worse for meI looove the purple so silver shampoo from matrix, it does a great job at brightening my platinum hair so I decided to try out this mask hoping I'd love it too despite the mixed reviews I read. I knew should've listened to the bad reviews 🙈 The color is like a dark green when it comes out, I was terrified but on the back it says it won't actually affect your hair blah blah. Okay nice I'm thinking everything would be great. So I applied it to mid shaft down and left it on for about 2-3 mins max. Im washing it out and I notice my normally platinum blonde hair is looking very dull and slightly green. I thought I was going crazy and tried not to freak out until it was time to blow dry. Once I started blow drying I realized this slightly tinted my hair green.... it's disgusting! and it added more brass instead of neutralizing it. I wish it worked for me but sadly it only made my hair a little green and dull instead of bright and whiter blonde. I've been using Matrix brass off for years and decided I wanted to try the So Silver because I like when I have that slight silver tone after a purple shampoo so decided to try the mask before getting a big shampoo and conditioner. This product is the consistency of lotion not at all like the brass off mask. If you leave it on too long you will see a very faint green tinge in some lighting.. I rather have a slight purple that the brass off can cause. Initially, I did not like the scent as it was a scent that didn't give my hair that "clean" smell. However, after using the shampoo and rinsing my hair I noticed that my hair felt clean even if it didn't smell clean which I don't often get with toning shampoos/conditioners. I then applied the conditioner and same issue here with the scent, but it did soften my hair and helped with tangles. What I enjoyed the most was the color of my hair after I rinsed all product out of my hair. My hair color (I have blonde balayage hair) was no longer brassy. It looked like I had just gone to the salon. I don't use the hair mask during this wash but used it the next week. This worked like magic! It made my hair feel extra soft while again removing any brass from my hair. The scent still isn't doing it for me though. But I will continue to use it because of the way my hair feels and looks. Lastly, the vavoom freezing spray. A little goes a LONG way with this spray. It will hold in place. The scent (I'm big on this as you can tell) was fresh. My curls maintained in place after I curled my hair with a curling iron. However, the next day I definitely had to wash my hair as it was crusty.
