I LOVE the Matrix So Soft Conditioner! I saw incredible results in my hair after just one use! It really neutralized the yellow/brassy tones of my long platinum blonde hair. It also left my hair feeling so soft, strong and healthy! I noticed a huge difference! Not only did it correct the tone of my hair, but my hair was so much smoother with no frizz! I also had no tangles in my hair, which I usually do have a lot of them after washing! Try it once, you will love it! I will absolutely buy again! After doing some quick research, I bought this conditioner. While this didn't have many reviews, I noticed the shampoo had tons of great ones. What I didn't do was read the 1 stars....I should've. I just used this conditioner an hour ago and the smell was unbearable. A litter box, ammonia scent. My hair has fully air dried now and feels like hay, even with 2 leave-in products. Disappointed, because I use Biolage/Matrix products religiously, but this conditioner was a no go. Initially, I did not like the scent as it was a scent that didn't give my hair that "clean" smell. However, after using the shampoo and rinsing my hair I noticed that my hair felt clean even if it didn't smell clean which I don't often get with toning shampoos/conditioners. I then applied the conditioner and same issue here with the scent, but it did soften my hair and helped with tangles. What I enjoyed the most was the color of my hair after I rinsed all product out of my hair. My hair color (I have blonde balayage hair) was no longer brassy. It looked like I had just gone to the salon. I don't use the hair mask during this wash but used it the next week. This worked like magic! It made my hair feel extra soft while again removing any brass from my hair. The scent still isn't doing it for me though. But I will continue to use it because of the way my hair feels and looks. Lastly, the vavoom freezing spray. A little goes a LONG way with this spray. It will hold in place. The scent (I'm big on this as you can tell) was fresh. My curls maintained in place after I curled my hair with a curling iron. However, the next day I definitely had to wash my hair as it was crusty. Overall, I would suggest these items to others to help with brassiness.
