I tend to give away most of my samples, but just happened to keep it. Thank goodness because I immediately fell in love with the conditioner and probably would have never tried this brand without the sample. I bought the shampoo/conditioner set together and saved some money, but they don't have the set on here anymore. Bummer. Nonetheless, I will be happy to pay a little more because it's worth it. And like the other reviewer said, she knocked pureology down to second place (same here! lol) Your hair feels super clean, but not at all stripped. It would be good for most hair types in my opinion. And it smells so good, especially when used in conjunction with the conditioner. I said in my review for the conditioner that the smell reminded me of the earthy/herbal scent when you walk in to the changing room at a high end spa. And I love the ingredient list. It's hard to find shampoo (even in the "professional" brands) without all the harsh/dangerous chemicals. I love the aluminum bottle (100% recyclable). I have very healthy hair and I have never died my hair before. I ordered the full size shampoo and conditioner the same day. I'm 55 and have noticed that my dark blonde hair is a lot more brittleI and limp and it's become a chore to get the volume I once had. I can't get over how bouncy, shiny and silky soft my hair is after using the shampoo and conditioner together! I absolutely love the natural scent of these products definitely more of an herbal and essential oil fragrance rather than fake and perfume like. I will definitely buy again and would highly recommend both shampoo and conditioner to women in the same boat as I am with aging hair! I used it like a normal conditioner and also add a bit on my tips after I towel dried, it's amazing to say the least. Better than my hair mask even. Very light and it is hard to put my finger on the scent. It is not floral, musky, or strong for that matter. I was more concerned with the results and health of my hair than the scent anyway. It did not provide much moisture/hydration but my hair was very clean. I am going to continue to use to see if there are any improvements to my overall hair health (feel and appearance). I have flat fine hair that is permed every 4-6 months. I have issues with shedding and volume.
