I honestly can understand how anyone has had a problem with this product because I've rn blown away. I have naturally long and full lashes so Iv been searching for a mascara that will be volumizing but not clumpy or too thick. This mascara was able to wrap every lash in a perfect coat of mascara giving me the full dark lashes i've been searching for. I had no issue with the wand wing too big, the wand never even hit my eyelid or anything. On top of that I went to the beach later on in the day it was 93 degrees out and it didn't budge from sweat even a little. When I went in the ocean I was knocked down and completely submerged by waves multiple times and somehow the mascara stayed 100% in place, no smudging or racoon eyes or anything, just perfect lashes. By the end of that day the mascara was still in place and my lashes looked exactly how they did when Iapplied this. I never write reviews but this product deserves recognition. If your looking for dramatic eyes and want a mascara that is SERIOUSLY water proof this one is easily the best choice. My new absolute favorite product!Most Helpful Critical ReviewWas excited for this product but it's a complete failSuper disappointed. I was really excited for the release of this but it let me down in so many ways. First, as many have pointed out, the brush is HUGE. I have medium-sized eyes with hooded lids. I was able to apply it without getting it everywhere, but it was not easy. Second, the packaging itself is larger than it needs to be, and as a result I was unable to fit it in my usual makeup bag (which has always been able to hold my mascara). It also wasn't particular comfortable in the hand. Third, while the product itself performed decently (the first couple of uses), I saw no improvement over other, less-expensive mascaras. Honestly, there really doesn't seem to be a point to having such a huge brush... it didn't do anything. But this is where it really started to go downhill. After just a few uses, the "hourglass" design of the brush showed its poor engineering. The product began to collect in the middle of the brush (in the "skinny" part of the "hourglass") where the tube couldn't pull it off. The brush quickly began to degrade from there; the bristles are soft, so they began clumping together and being sort of flattened, until it got to the point where you pretty much just got a huge dollop of mascara when you pulled the brush out of the bottle. So after about a week, it became all but useless. I gave it a few more tries before throwing it out. I'm very glad I used points to get this, and didn't pay actual money, or I would've been pretty upset because this is one of the more expensive mascaras out there. This mascara is ridiculously clumpy, goopy, and just made my eyelashes look WORSE. The wand is so big it's impossible to focus on where you're putting the wand.
