I have been struggling with severe bloat and constipation kinda for like eveerrrrr, with little to no relief. I was miserable. I bought this because of the natural ingredients and it said it has digestive enzymes in it, and if you have tummy issues, indeed this would def help. Let me just say I have been regular, my stomach doesnt feel heavy or feel like Im 4 months pregnant and All my jeans are loose since these pills. Im gonna take these the rest of my life I told myself. Awesome pill. BUT... On the back of the bottle it says take 2-4 after a meal or at bedtime. So I did, I took 2-4 every day. I figured thats what it meant. After all my research I found no real side effects. Its been 2 weeks since I started these THEN YESTERDAY HAPPENED. To make a very long story short, I almost called 911 bc I was dizzy, weak, crampy, etc, etc...LLOONNNGGG STORY SHORT-- turns out, Bye Bye Bloat's dandelion ingredient is a diuretic and laxative. So basically Ive been taking a diuretic 2-4 times a day for 2 weeks straight-A HUGE NO NO, VERY DANGEROUS. This in turn threw my electrolytes off, which dropped my sugar, etc etc which caused my symptoms which are still lingering today but getting better. ( I drank milk n lots of water and didnt take the pills today) SO I JUST WANT TO SAY THE BOTTLE SHOULD LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT THIS ACTS LIKE A WATER PILL AND MAY MAKE YOU USE THE RESTROOM AS WELL, AND ITS NOT JUST A TUMMY ENZYME ITS A DIURETIC AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN DAILY. Major oopsy on not making that clear. All water pills and things like such have a warning label. This I just thought was like a enzyme probiotic kinda thing. So my plan is to drink Pedialyte for a while, drink more water and take the pill maybe twice a week and see how that goes. THIS IS AWFUL. I thought it was something I ate so I tried them again in another desperate attempt before finally connecting the dots and I had to take my prescription anti-nausea medication because my own breath and burps made me want to end it all right then and there. This DOES NOT work, even if it did, at what cost?! You could clear a football field sized room with one burp. Your loved ones will stop wanting to be near you, your friends will talk terribly about you behind your back, your dentist will ghost you, your pets will stop wanting to cuddle you, you will be alone forever if you try this.
