Well, my hair has become dehydrated from the dyes I have been using for so many years, resulting in intense itching and eczema on my head, until I discovered this miraculous oil of the ordinary. It is worth mentioning that I was relieved with just the first application, and the hydration returned to my scalp and hair. My God, my hair is so healthy with shine, that I had years to see it that way. I am so grateful to oldinary!!! that she solved the problem of my age. I recommend it to everyone who has a similar problem. I wish it comes out in more ml:)) I hope I helped out there
I like it. It goes on easily absorbs quickly and my 60 yr old skin does feel and look pinker and glowing. It still doesn't feel like enough penetrating moisture for me, tho. And I can see how it would be problematic if you already had good hydration with younger skin.

I never review beauty products because i feel that they either work or they dont, most dont really stand out. However i cant live without this little oil. My skin type has always been dull & dry but when i finish my skincare it simply isnt done without a few drops of this to seal it in. It plumps up fine lines and makes the skin glow from within in a healthy, hydrated way. I stopped using it for a week and couldnt figure out why i looked so tired, then i put this on and it all made sense. If you have dry skin, i highly recommend sealing in your moisturizer with a light oil and see how big of a difference it makes!

I might use this product differently and I love the results. I use it on my hands and chest and it's amazing! As a women over 50 who does yard work and is hard on her hands this item makes such a difference. Skin is smooth and plump….wrinkled dry hands age you.

i only used this on my hair , ive tried argan oil and it was alright but it was a little thick . I heard this was a great oil for the ends of hair as well so i bought it and its changed my hair 😭 a little goes a long wayyy and it makes my hair feel so soft , i apply it at night and then brush so it prevents breakage and in the morning itll look so amazing!!!

I bought this a couple months ago. Looking for a nice, thinner oil, I could apply during the day. It absorbs quickly and applies quite nicely. Apparently I never read the directions though… as I was applying it at the end of my morning skin care routine. However, the directions say, "Use after water-based and anhydrous serums, before suspensions and creams". Ooops! 😜 So today, I will use it appropriately lol. It also works great on cuticles.

I just recently discovered that Cold Pressed Virgin Marula Oil is a holy grail for my face. My face hasn't been better! I love how The Ordinary and ULTA makes this oil easily available. I have another brand of marula oil that I like just a smidge better, but this one's good too!

I have really dry skin and this keeps my face hydrated all day. It is a little oily but in a glowing way just rub it in. I use it to massage my face in the morning

I don't think I could ever be without this product. I'm from the uk and bought this is November. I find when the weather changes and is cold my skin becomes more dry. I suffered with eczema on the corner of my eyes this year. I applied very very small amount on the area and it cleared up in less than a week. I love how the product goes on my skin. It makes it look radiant, hydrated and healthy. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has dry skin. Don't worry if the oil looks cloudy and thick. It's just because it's cold. I left my bottle on warm water for a few minutes and it turns it back to a liquid. I will definitely be buying this product again

I mix two drops of it with my cream and apply in the day after my powdered Vit C and Hyaluronic Acid combo and I love the nice shine and glow it gives. It's viscous and sticky so mixing it with my moisturising cream helps spread ít evenly on my face and neck.

I use this before my moisturizer and it is so hydrating! Great for my skin, no pore clogging never a breakout. It makes my skin look and feel incredible. I am 46 and my skin is been getting more dry as the uears go by but this has helped my skin look young and fresh and plump. I love it! Unfortunately, it's out of stock and I'm out! :(

After using this for a few days I noticed some of my pores turning brown. I stopped and now they are erupting into spots one by one. After researching, I've found marula oil is high in oleic acid and has a high comedogenic rating (pore clogging).

First time trying Marula oil on my face and seemed to soften my wrinkles. And good for the price.

I just got my Cold-Pressed Virgin Marula Oil and it's different from the previous ones that I used to receive from The Ordinary. It's ticker than the previous ones but the worst part is the smell. It has an awful petroleum-like smell and not a nice feeling when you are spreading it on your skin. The smell doesn't go away even after a while that the product is on your skin. I've been using the ordinary Cold-Pressed Virgin Marula Oil for some years and this is not the same oil that I used to get. I compared the new oil with one that I still have from before and the consistency is different and the previous one has no smell. Not sure but has The Ordinary changed the formula or added something to the previous one or this product went wrong? I'm not sure if I can or want use this product on my face. Disappointed.

This oil arrived as you can see in the pictures. It's a thick gel that doesn't pour and is too thick to go in the dropper so it's unusable. I thought it might be because the product got cold on the journey to be but it's been in a warm room since and have changed at all. I have contacted The Ordinary twice but haven't had a response.

I add drops of this to my face and body lotion in the winter. Absolutely love it. It helps with extra hydration and you can't beat the price.

Due to the rave reviews I bought this oil to try and I would say it's basically ok. It's very moisturizing but feels kind of greasy on my skin. I prefer the Ordinary "B" oil and will stick with that for facial moisturizing. In the meantime, I used this oil in homemade lip balm and after washing my hair, and I'll probably use it up as a hair oil but not sure I'd make an effort to buy it again.

I'm 30 and have really (REALLY) dry skin that isn't super acne prone. I bought this after reading someone with perioral dermatitis found this helped. I too have seen my perioral dermatitis (itchy bumps on my face) improve since using this oil. I've had perioral dermatitis for 2+ years and nothing has worked (I'd slather pounds of moisturizers on and nothing helped). I put two drops of this oil on my nose daily for the last week and it is cured. I can't speak to how pore clogging this stuff is, I will say I've been using daily for a week and have not seen acne pop up, so if you can put straight up oil on your face and not get a zit that's a win in my book.

This is such a GAME CHANGER when it comes to dry, peeling winter skin! I noticed results within the first couple applications when it comes to moisture. It hasn't broken my acne prone skin out either! Definitely worth the money.

I've used this oil for months now, and my skin has never looked better. Whenever I pick at acne (oops) I make sure to apply some of this Marula oil before bed and the redness and irritation subsides so quickly, not to mention it's so moisturizing!! I was worried it would leave my face oily and greasy but it doesn't! If you have dry or irritated skin, please give this a try!!

i've used this product religiously because i just liked the feeling of using it on my skin at night, but since i've broken my bottle and haven't had the chance to buy a new one, i'm beginning to notice more fine lines, and how my makeup settles into it. while using this oil, i never noticed any of them.

I have used this product for a few months and just started using it in my hair as well. I love using this with my moisturizer for some extra hydration, yet doesn't leave my skin feeling oily, more just plump and hydrated. Just started using it in my hair about a month ago, makes it feel so smooth and helps decrease frizziness!

This works wonders for my skin and honestly a little goes a LONG way. I've been amazed at how well this moisturizes and lasts on the skin. This might be the only face oil i've used that hasn't broken me out. It also works great on the ends of my hair and moisturizes my curls. I will be buying so many bottles of this.

This is the first time I used Marula oil. I only got it as an afterthought just to get a free shipping. I'm glad I did. As I was applying it onto my face, all I could think of how lovely it was. It has a very light almost imperceptible smell that reminds me of a smell of black currant berries. It feels like a moisturizer rather than oil. It also partially absorbs into skin rather just sitting on top. Skin feels fresh and revitalized after application. I would definitely recommend trying it. My only request to the manufacturer is to offer organic version of it as well.
