I am obsessed with this tanner for so many reasons: 1. This tanner smells great. It doesn't smell anything like other tanners I've used 2. Application is a breeze and it goes on evenly 3. The color is so natural. I am used to looking a bit orange but this color fooled even my grandmother. She was curious how I went to the beach during the workweek when I live in Tennessee 4. I love how this stuff fades so evenly that I can't tell it's not a natural tan 5. I have eczema so my skin is super sensitive and prone to dryness. Typically tanners leave my skin parched after application but this gem leaves me with silky smooth skin when I wake up. I exfoliate my skin and shave before. Once out of the shower I lotion my whole body and focus on dry spots (knees, elbows) with vitamin e oil. Once my hair has air dried (I'm afraid my wet hair will mess with my tan) I apply the tanner with a tanning mit. I wait maybe 3-5 minutes and put on loose cotton pants and a long sleeve tee. I sleep, I wake up, I rinse off and BAM I'm freakin' gorgeous! So hands down, this is the best tanner I've found. I am so stoked Ulta will be carrying this!!!Most Helpful Critical Reviewthe WORSTThis self tanner is absolutely horrible. it may be the worst I've ever tried, and I've tried many. I exfoliated my body to perfection 24 hours before using. Applied even coats with the BB mitt, and waited for it to dry. and waited, and waited. It stays noticeably sticky for at least an hour. Went to bed, woke up. it was looking ok.. not as dark as I expected and a little orange/yellow. Washed off the base in the shower, and was left with absolutely horrible results. I'm used to having dark spots on my leg pores from self tan, but these were the worst it has ever been. There were even dark spots on my chest pores; looked like black heads. Tan was splotchy and faded (very unevenly) within 2 days (which I was glad of because it was an orange, horrible mess) For reference, I have a self tanning certification, so i know what I'm doing when prepping and applying tanning products. I was baffled by all the positive reviews (which is why I was excited to try this) until I tried posting this exact review on the BB and it was never approved and posted. They only post positive reviews. I pray that doesn't happen with this one because the color is beautiful. It has a strong color guard, so those claiming this is streaky- definitely should have saw that coming. My tip it to not apply too many pumps at once, it absorbs and dries quickly. so don't work with too much product at one time. It is more for olive skin tones he se the green tone in it.
