I love the smell, the easy application, and the consistency of the product. I think this product worked extremely well on my oily skin. This product kept my skin nice and kind of moisturized my skin. This product did exactly what it was intended to do and I loved it. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone. This sunscreen is light weight and feels smooth when applied. Unfortunately, this sunscreen doesn't play well with my skin type- oily, congested & acne prone. No matter how much I tired to blend in the sunscreen it left a faint white residue on my face. I applied over clean face and after applying my toner. I don't wear makeup so I can't comment how well it layers with other products. The first two times I used it, it pilled on my face. The 2nd time it pilled, it was layered on top of a Vichy face moisturizer. I had moved on to try other sunscreens. A few days ago, I read an article that stated some sunscreens work best if it's the only product on your face. I decided to apply the Vichy sunscreen one more time on a bare face. That hack seems to have worked. I was searching for something that didn't cake or cause more breakouts. I haven't broken out from this, the coverage is good (not full coverage) & it's definitely helped my skin breathe. Now I don't use any concealer, foundation besides this & it's been great. I even feel better without makeup now. I live in Texas so the humidity can be insane, and this stuff doesn't budge or feel greasy. I do wish they had an actual color selection because once winter comes around this will be too dark for me. It wears all day without creasing, moving, and it's buildable. A little goes a long way which is awesome. I think it's best to be applied with your fingers or a smaller makeup brush. I wouldn't recommend using a beauty blender, I did once & it sucked up all the product. It goes on a bit oily & it the product looks a bit grey but it doesn't look grey on the skin & it dries down perfectly. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star & not a 5 is because they don't have color options & the smell can definitely be strong but since the product works so well I choose to ignore it. It definitely smells like fake tan and chemicals. Nothing a little perfume can't cover but YOU will smell it for a bit when wearing it. I def recommend giving it a try! It's not greasy due to the rubbing alcohol, so reapplication throughout the day is also a breeze. It doesn't break me out either which thicker sunscreens do. But it burns broken skin during application if you put this sunscreen on top of it.
