It really transformed my skin and helps me clear up and control my acne flare ups. This product works wonders when USED CORRECTLY! This product is very strong and powerful so introducing it into your skin care routine needs to be gradual. A lot of reviews say this overly dried out there skin which will 100% happen if you use too much or too often. I started to notice over drying in my problem areas so I cut back on usage and my skin is back to normal. If you're wanting to try this product start by using once every other day to build a tolerance. After that increase to once a day and for very acneic skin you can work up to usage twice a day. If you see over drying just cut back on usage of the product and the dryness should go away! And always remember skin care is all about trial and error until you find what's best for your skin so don't give up finding those perfect products that work for you!Most Helpful Critical Reviewit's okayI found this after seeing La Roche Posay had discontinued their benzoyl peroxide serum unless it's purchased as a kit which I do not need. I loved this product at first but then it became too harsh for my skin. It goes on very nicely, no stickiness and not heavy at all! Blends nicely with all other products I wear. The glass tip applicator is giving luxury even though it's more affordable than LRP's benzoyl peroxide. I use a retinoid gel from Differn and a salicylic acid toner (skin cycling) so the added glycolic acid in this was too much for my face and this product began to irritate and sting. My skin is always more sensitized in the winter around my nose and cheeks because allergies are no joke for me during these cold months. I do not recommend for anyone using other exfoliating products in their routine but if this is your only acne targeted product step then go for it! But it controls it. I have horrible acne, constantly picking, popping, and in pain. This reduced my pinples to only be simple red dots. Before they were huge and painful. Now? Theyre like regualr zits. Does it mean theyre all gone? No. Is there way less? YES!! Girl i love this. I have very sensitive skin too and this overnight mask doesnt bother me. For the first couple times it did sting alil but it'll only sting if you have active acne that are open. But you will see results overnight. However, please use it with caution because benzyl peroxide is a very powerful ingredient on the skin. I recommend applying it on the acne for just two hours at first and then rinsing if off when you first introduce it on your skin, I use the tip of the applicator instead of applying it with my finger. The applicator is also by far the best one I have used so far for acne spot treatment products. I like that its see through, so you when the product will be coming out. Now I have been using this over a month and all my acne with white pus heads are gone and when I am on my period I dont get upset since I know I have this by my side. For the reviews that said their skin burnt off, I completely understand because that happened to me when I used it wrong the first time and left it on overnight and reapplied it again in the morning. That is not how you should be using it. Only a few hours, take some days off in between (depending on how sensitive your skin is) and then when your skin gets adjusted after two weeks or so. I have only been using this product for about two weeks and the results I am seeing exceed some of the higher end products I have bought to control my acne. If you suffer from acne and have tried everything you have to give this product a chance it truly is a miracle product. I'm in a wedding this weekend and got these two horrendous pimples on my chin, but using this as a spot treatment for the past few days has almost gotten rid of them completely. I just used this as a spot treatment and didn't use over wide areas of my skin and started off with once in the a.m. and before bed in the p.m. (after cleansing my face), and had no problems with irritation.
