I have a spot of dermatitis on my left hand - which is stress related - and when it flared up, I used the cream and had very quick relief. All those vitamins and minerals do the job. I don't think I'll use anything else on my hands - everything else is too harsh for me. I was disappointed with the powerful smell. "Milk and Honey" to me is light and almost scent-less but this smells of florals ... and A LOT OF IT. I am sure this smells good to many but to me it was "grandmother-ish" so I would almost perfer no smell to this one. I had to wash it off because I was afraid I would get a migraine due to the scent. I picked this scent thinking by the name that it would be very mild, but boy I was wrong! It has a very strong, heavy floral scent - I would say gardenia.
