Then went in with my cuticle tool to push it back. I then washed my hands well and rubbed each finger to remove the dead skin. This product doesn't completely remove the cuticle, but allows you to then go in with a tool to remove the rest easily. It's really good about removing dead skin that would be hard to remove without any product. If you're looking for a product that removes everything, I would not recommend this.
