I was using "fresh" black tea perfecting mask for the last 6 months or so & when it ran out I just couldn't justify sending an extra $88.00 on something I felt was "meh" I use a lot of kiehls products, so I figured I'd give this a shot and have been so pleased with the results that I can't see myself switching to anything else in the future. I use it twice a week & usually leave it on for about 45 minutes. Your skin feels so cleansed and soft afterwards, & the formula itself isn't harsh. It has a lovely texture and is extremely easy to put on - same goes for removal, just use a warm towel (FYI, I always use my clairisonic afterwards with some face wash, just to make sure to dig out the residue). For those of you questioning if its worth spending $23 on this because the jar is small, please know that a tiny bit goes a long way. As I said, I use mine twice a week and haven't even made a noticeable dent in it. Not convinced? I used it for couple weeks now, and I am not happy with the results. I don't know if it's actually doing what it's suppose to do - deep pore cleansing. I love how it feels when I put it on my skin. It tingles a little, and feels refreshing. My skin seems softer and brighter after I rinse the mask with warm water, but my pores are still not clean! :/ What am I doing wrong? I follow the instructions and also tried steaming my face before putting on masque for maximum result.
