I wear mostly flip flops and other open shoes, get a pedicure once a month and go barefoot around the house. I have calluses on the sides of my feet, big toe and very thick skin on my heels. I've tried lots of tools and products for years and had hopes for this. It left my heels as before, but my toes kept peeling and flaking for weeks. My nail salon person was pretty shocked at the sheets of skin coming off my toes (that weren't a problem to begin with. I wear a US Women's 12, though, and the women's sized booties are way too small for my feet. For the best results, definitely go with the recommendation on the box to soak your feet beforehand (I usually do ten or fifteen extra minutes after a shower). You will have lizard feet for a week or so afterwards, but it's very much worth it to do a few times a year to keep everything soft and supple.
