This is one of my favorite products as far as a deep conditioning treatment for dry/damaged hair from repeatedly highlighting hair. I started using this weekly (leaving it in my hair for at least 10-15 min with a shower cap on while I shower and then rinsing it out). Since then I have noticed less breakage, less split ends, stronger hair that feels healthier. I know that this product really hydrates the hair strand from within.Most Helpful Critical ReviewDecent conditionerI would classify this conditioner as a good daily conditioner for normal to slightly dry hair. I don't think it moisturizes enough to be a "treatment" or deep conditioner. After shampooing, I apply it, then leave it in my hair while I wash my body, then I rinse it out. I have super short, baby fine dark blonde hair with highlights. It does an okay job of detangling, but it doesn't do much for my dry ends. I have very curly hair and I have over processed it at time. However, I have used this product to get back on track from back hair jobs. I no longer perm or highlight my hair so I am noticing that this conditioner works even better on natural hair. It softens curly hair making it very easy to comb through with little to no breakage.
