Most Helpful Positive Review Great finishing brush I love IT Brushes. I have several of the original IT brushes, and a few of the velvet luxe brushes.
This brush is FANTASTIC for applying a finishing powder. I use it to apply my MAC finishing powder or BareMinerals mineral veil. It is a very loose, fluffy, brush that allows you to apply a very, very, thing and even layer of powder to your face.
It is NOT good for applying powder foundation, because the brush doesn't pick up much product. It's too big for applying blush, but does for for a light layer of bronzer if you're going for an all-over bronzed look.
I would highly recommend this brush to someone who has a set of good foundation brushes, but wants something to apply a light layer of finishing powder. I would not recommend this brush to someone who wants a general-purpose powder brush or a foundation brush. If you already own and love some IT brushes, this is the perfect addition to your collection
Most Helpful Critical Review Ok, too big/dense Ironically this brush is too large, I got it with the thought that it would make applying finishing/setting powder faster. However, it does not reach smaller crevices well (around the nose etc) and it is difficult to control powder placement because it literally covers over 1/3 of my face. I also found it to be a little too dense.

Always wanted it and it did not disappoint! It's large, fluffy, and soft enough to actually work as intended (powder, blush...) and not streak and make a mess like smaller brushes. No other brush comes close to working. Wish brush kits would have brush like this- most brush kits have what they call a powder brush- but much too small and hard to work right.

This brush is very soft, and it feels heavy. I don't have a purpose for it at the moment since it is so big. I know what it's intended for, but I use smaller brushes for powder. If you're looking for a cheaper dupe to the feeling, e.l.f has one practically identical to the shape and feel with a clear handle. I have it in my brush collection, and it's a brush that my boyfriend loves to rub on his face since it's so soft

I got this brush on black Friday and I'm obsessed with it. It is definitely one of the biggest brushes I own, it is perfect for dusting the entire face with setting powder. It is super soft and the handle actually has some weight to it, it doesn't feel cheap. It is actually comparable softness wise to my high end Japanese brushes.

Okay, like I mentioned, I don't use a lot if makeup, but when I do, I value a quality brush. This is that brush. Other powder brushes are too flimsy, which makes coverage more difficult. This is my go to.
