Most Helpful Positive Review Highly Recommended Lotion! After years of purchasing very expensive high-end skincare, I woke up one morning, looked at my face and said to myself, "I don't look any better." So, at that moment, I scrapped my entire routine (hundreds of dollars worth of product), made a trip to Ulta and came across this moisturizer. First, it has ceramides and hyaluronic acid which are very prevalent in the more expensive skincare items. Second, it is fragrance free! My skin is your typical combination, non-behaving skin. It is oily is in the T-zone and dry everywhere else. The older I get, the more sensitive my skin has become. On top of all of that, I tend to get the occasional breakouts, especially when stressed. This lotion absorbs nicely, leaves my face feeling hydrated and comfortable without looking like an oil slick. It's a no fuss, does what it's supposed to do type of product. Forget the fancy glass jars, decorative tubes, and expensive items claiming to work miracles! This has become my new favorite moisturizer over night! I highly recommend for ALL skin types.
Most Helpful Critical Review LOVE the brand, HATE the breakouts. I've been in and out of the dermatologists to find ways to stop making me have such dry skin. I started using CeraVe because my mom suggested it to me. I used this lotion on my face and at first it did wonders for me. I've gotta say, it does the job if you have dry skin. However, my skin is very sensitive and the past couple months I've has breakouts on my chin. I believe that it's due to this lotion over-moisturizing my face. I wish I could keep using this product because it repaired my dry face. My suggestion, if you're looking for a new moisturizer, is to buy this and see if it works out for you. I think it just depends on everyone's skin type. I really really love this brand, this lotion just didn't help my skin in terms of acne.

the ingredients in this are super great and i was super excited to try thinking that i could use it on both my face and my body. it works amazing for my body but did break me out on my face. it is very hard to me to find a moisturizer that wont break me out so if you dont usually have problems with break outs this probably could double as a face lotion for you.. but still gave 4 stars since i love using it for every where else!

i bought this i used to use the small bottle long ago so i thought this would work , it does moisturize but it broke me out on my cheeks soooo bad im so disappointed my skin was so clear until i used this.

i attempted to use this moisturizer for both AM and PM and i noticed it caused my skin some peeling. i believe this moisturizer would be okay if you don't wear makeup and don't mind the slight peeling. other than that it was extremely lightweight and made my skin feel great

I looooove this moisturizer!!! I use it all over my face and neck, morning and night and it is amazing!!! Never breaks out my sensitive acne prone skin. This is my 3rd bottle and it lasts me forever. Smells good but not like artificially fragranced. It leaves my skin soft and moisturized, better than most prestige brands I've used!

As a teen who struggles with acne prone skin, this product did not perform well on my skin. In the first use or so I found the product very calming on my skin however, after using it for several months my skin started to break out , feel dry and tightened. I believed it was the Cerave cleanser so I discontinued to use it, only to find out it was the moisturizer. After removing the product out of my skincare my skin instantly progressed.

I bought this moisturizer because everyone said it was amazing, I liked it at first, but overtime it made my skin super dry and itchy. Now whenever I use it on my dry spots it's burns so bad and feels like acid.

tbh i don't really notice a difference yet but it definitely makes my skin feel moisturized! other than that, everything's normal to me! would probs recommend, the price is so good too!

We've used Cetaphil for years, and it is fine but it leaves a film that I prefer not to have. This soaks in well, no scent, and leaves my skin moisturized enough without feeling greasy or like there is a layer. I live in a dry environment and have dry skin; this enough moisture for me to use daily. If you prefer a thick cream or oil this is not for you.

Had been wanting to try this since it's been raved about. Well I used it 2 times in 2 days and my face broke out on my cheeks, under my eyes, and on my forehead. It caused sensitive red patches that are sore to the touch under my eyes. I normally have sensitive skin but I thought this would work since so many people had amazing results with it.
I use their hydrating facial cleanser and love it. But this is a no go for me. Will be returning ASAP!

It saiys for "Normal to Dry Skin" for a reason. If you're reading this trying to decide if it will work for your oily skin, IT WONT. I have oily skin and this is not it. This works great for my sisters dry skin. For my oily skin, I use Cerave PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion. Use a small amount, and you'll enjoy.

The first 2 weeks of using this saved my skin! I WAS BREAKING OUT BAD I literally looked like a toad from all the pimples. But i picked up this and since it has ceramides and hyaluronic acid in it. It really calmed down my skin and felt very moisturizing. It never once burned my skin or cause me any irritation. If any of my acne treatments irritate my skin i dab a little of this on that blemish and it cools it down right away. I love this and will keep buying it over and over! This is a really good moisturizer if you are looking to get into skincare

I have large pores on my apple of cheeks and on my nose. I get acne on my lower cheek areas like jawline (hormonal is what i think it is) anyway also on my upper lip area and sometimes chin. This product is amazing for my skin at least i put abt a quarter size amount alongside gel moisturizer(only on acne areas) i use before. Its very lightweight i recommend this so much!

It's not incredibly hydrating/moisturizing but it works well enough. Have repurchased multiple times and will continue to. Not at all oily which I great! Bottle lasts awhile :)
